Hanya ada 1 customer service tapi cukup karena beberapa kali ke sini pun jarang sekali ada antrian.
Selain bayar di loket secara offline, juga bisa bayar online melalui klik indomaret (berharap bangeet kerjasama dengan marketplace langganan).
Karena lokasi pembayaran di komplek perumahan, jadi sama warga setempat disediakan area parkir berbayar di deket pos satpamnya. Mungkin untuk menghindari terhalangnya jalan.
Keluhannya cuma 1 sih, lokasi pembayaran di Depok udah pindah 3x seeingetku. Kadang sesekali udah dateng ke lokasi, ternyata udah pindah. Perbaikannya sekarang udah ada reminder via Whatsapp dr PT Jabar Energi-nya, jadi komunikasi lebih nyaman.
