I would like to express my extreme disappointment at the handling of the event 'The XX' concert on 24th Jan in Kemayoran, Jakarta. This includes:
1. Initial response to my email which was very apathetic and clearly did not answer my question.
2. The disorganised method as to which tickets had to be collected at the venue which resulted in extremely long lines.
3. The long lines caused a lot of people to miss the beginning of the show, myself included. I missed around 4 songs which is a lot considering the short length of the show.
The overall event management could've been better and I can safely say that I speak for a lot of people that it was really disappointing. The only consolation was that the XX played a great show. If only I could see the whole thing.
Please take this feedback seriously and hope you make serious improvements in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought tickets from loket for the dwp concert paid for shipping. it was supposed to be shipped two to three weeks before the event date so then when I contacted them a week before the event my tickets still weren't shipped said they would refund me my money for shipping service which they charged me $20usd each x 3 tickets. Of which till date I have not received! Even after emailing them countless times they've requested my bank acc etc but still no refund?
