★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost nya bersih, pemilik ramah, dekat dengan tempat ibadah (masjid), tempat parkir tertata rapi, aman dan tidak bingung waktunya makan karena dekat dengan berbagai macam restaurant, nyaman sekali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagus, bersih, rapi, fasilitas lengkap. Hanya saja fasilitas wifinya nggak kenceng, kayak bandwithnya di tahan. Kecepatan downloadnya sangat rendah hanya 2mbps di speed test ookla. Padahal butuh banget wifinya soalnya sinyal sim card di lantai 1 jelek. Kalo kecepatan wifinya di perbaiki auto bintang 5.
Nice, clean, neat, complete facilities. It's just that the wifi facilities are not fast, like the bandwidth is being held. The download speed is very low, only 2mbps on the local speed test. Even though the wifi really needs it because the sim card signal on the 1st floor is bad. If the wifi speed is fixed, 5 star auto is fixed.
