★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well the place is quite nice but they can improve more.
The room is too dark for me. With a very dark wall with combination of black grey and purple color also low lightning make the room have a dark ambience. To add more when we enter the room it is quite smelly like a smell of unused room. So it do feels creepy.
The water heater is also broken, there is no hot water at all. I arrived there quite late so I decided not to call the room service because they might asked me to move to another place when I already unpacked my things. It will be too tiring for me.
But overall, you get what you pay. So it's an okay place if you want to stay only for 1 night and didn't plan to spend lots of time in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved deluxe king room and it turned out I got a twin bed. I said to the receptionist about this and they said that deluxe king will not guarantee you to get one bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I had twice stay in here. At the first time it was so amazing, the reception was polite and helpfull, the room also so clean and i got smart TV as well. But the second time I stay here, it was terrible cause the reception was unfriendly, the tv was broke, and the toilet also not clean tho.
I hope they'd do better next time. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why is it so hard to contact the hotel to make a cancelation? Do you guys even take the admin hospitality service seriously? Please if you have any cancelation fee I'm okay with it but just... Can you pick up the phone? Or does the phone number listed is not right? Anyone can help here?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a meeting there. It looks like regular condominium from outside, although they are rated 3-stars hotel.
Our room AC was broke and they couldn't fix it. So, they move us to another room.
Really appreciated their using if carpet. Also, they really try to decorated the room as fancy as they can. Wel, not my taste, but i really appreciate it.
The smoking room was equipped with open window, which of course smokers will like it.
Good stay! Worth the price!
