★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah konfirmasi dari malemnya, besok pas mau dijemput juga banyak dramanya, yang dia blg belum ngabarin lah, jangan mendadaklah, padahal dr malamnya udah konfirmasi, paginnya dikabarin lagi, lagi dijalan mau jemput dikabarin lagi, SANGAT SLOW RESPON, trus kurir nya malah nyalahin kita yang nyewa, dibilang GA SABARAN DAN MENDADAK. belum lagi motornya kotor pas dikasih, dan masih banyak drama drama yg lain. intinya ga recommended dan saya sangat kecewa atas pelayanannya.

Kalau anda sewa motor terus ban jadi bocor, harus siap mental bahwa limau rental ga mau ganti rugi, banyak curiga dan ujung-ujungnya hanya bayar kurang dari 50%.(bodoh amat kalo mengaku masalnya dan mau ganti rugi, org masih bakal sewa berkali-kali) Jadi saya di sini berdoa mudah-mudah jangan dapat motor yg jelek.

- Alamat kantornya (limau) fiktif, jadi tempatnya hanya dijadikan tempat pickup, nanti dia yang anterin motornya di tkp. Bagi yang pengen lihat unit, sudah dipastikan unitnya ga ada on the spot
- admin lemot, banyak persyaratan booking yang diulang-ulang,dijanjikan motor ready dan sudah booking, namun saat hari h malah kosong katanya (disewakannke yg lain). Request follow-up ga di gubris. Tidak ada kompensasi keterlambatan. Ga profesional dalam memberi solusi.
Itu pengalaman ane gan, saran ane mending dipikir kembali walaupun murah. Sangat kecewa karena sampe nunggu 1 jam di tkp buat konfirmasi
