The building is spacious and neat, but unfortunately the access is a bit difficult, only one car lane and a bit far from the big car road access

The house is nice...the shape of the building is unique...then you get souvenirs too...recommended for those who want to find a house in the Cibinong area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to stay near bogor regency! 5 minutes to Bojong Gede Station and we got Bojong Market close to our home, the another one location of lily residence really close to tegar beriman which connected to Pemda Cibinong, Cibinong City Mall and GOR Pakansari + Mcd and Richesee oh Yeah! (sumpah gue buta bojong area karena mmg memutuskan tinggal didaerah sini pure krn harga rumahnya masih kejangkau) and after research (gue research setelah tinggal dirumahnya coba, karena ga punya waktu samsek lo bisa tanya sama developernya gimana proses gue wkwkwk. Gue cuma consider distance from station to home, thats all kalau ga gila apa namanya, gue gambling bgt bgt dan ternyata all in one facility really close to my house *terharu*)
I thank to Allah, dapet rumah 2 lantai dengan harga yg masuk akal bahkan mungkin classified as 'crazy deal'! <3 (bukan cuma masalah rumah 2 lantai tapi speknya ga ngasal bgt, semua keluarga yang dateng bilang ni rumah finishingnya bagus bgt + plafond tinggi 4 m kayanya, jadi kesan luas dan mewahnya nambah)

Percaya ga percaya gue dp+booking fee 4 januari 2020, 31 januari 2020 sp3k gue keluar, tgl 21 february akad and 23 nya gue pindah (karena mmg read stock nih rumah), meskipun byk drama tapi gue berterima kasih bgt untuk developernya bener-bener sebaik itu.

Best place to stay near Bogor Regency! 5 minutes to Bojong Gede Station and we got Bojong Market close to our home, the another one location of lily residence is really close to the faithful which is connected to the local government of Cibinong, Cibinong City Mall and GOR Pakansari + Mcd and Richesee oh Yeah! (I swear I'm blind in bojong area because I decided to live in this area, purely because the price of the house is still affordable) and after research (I researched after living in his house, try it, because I don't have time, you can ask the developer how my process is, I only consider the distance from me. station to home, thats all if it's not crazy what is the name, i'm gambling so much and it turns out the all in one facility is really close to my house * touched *)
I thank God, I got a 2-storey house with a reasonable price maybe even classified as 'crazy deal'! <3 (it's not just a matter of a 2-storey house but the spec doesn't really matter, all the families who come say the house finishing is really good + ceiling height of 4 m seems rich, so the impression of space and luxury is added)

Believe it or not, I dp + booking fee January 4, 2020, January 31, 2020, when I came out, on February 21, the contract and 23 I moved (because I read the stock at home), although by drama, but I really thank the developers for it. that well.
