★ ★ ★ ★ ★ been here twice. first for lebaran holiday. price were cheap back then. and the hotel was quite empty. not even half of the hotel filled. second time came in October 2 for my husband birthday. unfortunately I forgot to notify hotel about this. when we came hotel was full. even for breakfast there were so many that I have to wait quite long for each dish (around 15min for waffle). pool is full mostly kids of course. my daughter only had one bread n one glass of water for her breakfast. all hotels will be happy if they get customer like my daughter. however they now have rabbit small garden which is nice. hopefully you can add more animals as your land is quite big. will be happy to return here.

From the beginning we arrived, the staffs were so friendly, the greetings, the check in process were smooth.
The herbal welcome drink is awesome, i think it is a cold "secang" if i am not mistaken. (Cmiiw)
On our way to our room, the public area tremendously good, the lobby and the public swimming pool are stunning.
The clean and spasious room is a big value, with the details of the amenities as well.
The buffet dinners and breakfast are perfect!
Wish i can have more space in my tummy.
Two thumbs up for the outdoor activities, the Kayak, the Archery, the outbond, the Kayak, the Skybike,
There are also some animelas to pet, such as rabbits, baby monkey, deers, hedgehogs, swans,
The billiard table, and ping pong are added value here.
Geez the really provide us with such details activities, it suits the family time, MICE corporate event, honeymooners, and friends.
Highly recommended.
Oh one more thing. I really like the red bridge near the outdoor activities!

*Location with no traffic hussle from Jakarta.
*Warm and helpful staff from check in to check out. They'll say hi and smile when they met you somewhere in the hotel area. This is a big hospitality asset in my opinion.
*Neat spacious room with large balconies and coffee maker. These are my fav combo to start a morning.
*Big swimming pools. Might need to add some more slide to please the kids.
*Billiard and ping pong table.
*Red bridge with outbound facility also animal petting on the other end.
*Breakfast taste and variation are average to good.
Cons:
*Hot water cause hissing sound when switch on. It's exactly like a sound from tukang kue putu..
*In room dining needs almost an hour to deliver the food.
*Kids activity room is empty. Only two broken foosball tables.
*Might need to trim the trees a little bit to let the guest to have a lake view as in the lake view room.
Surely will back for more. Nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ best hotel resort in the area!! friendly staffs, good food (you really have to try their pizzas! it was delicious!), lots of amenities and outbound activities. oh and do not miss the red bridge, you should try to walk accros it. my only concern is the parking slots for cars and buses. there were not enough slots! and the trees' sap is all over my car, beware light colored vehicles! avoid the park spot under the trees! hotel management please do something! (sry for the exclamation marks)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was great... service also great... my only complaint was the food. The steak was bad, my son ordered a tenderloin, medium rare but it came partially medium well and partially well done. It also looks like that the meat was smashed/butterflied before being cooked. It was a 210K steak, I expect a proper steak for that price. Sate maranggi also bad, no maranggi taste at all. Corn soup also taste like an instant soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is big and quite good.. for the right price but for the room it doesn't meet expectations.. and the balcony door was broken when I stayed there..
And lots of ants.. a bit disappointing. This photo is not far from the hotel, it's quite beautiful and green

The room is great
The food is so so, not outstanding, but enough to satisfy your appetite.
But the service are great, the staffs are friendly and helpful ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the green wrapped around the hotel, the deck and the walking track. We had the executive room on the top floor and the view was wow! Room was spacious, big balcony and big bed. Make sure to ask the room to be sprayed at night, because there is lake and many trees around, mosquitos love it there too. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Steak in the restaurant is recommended for dinner, it was a shame the bar does not have choices of drink, only beer.
