★ ★ ★ ★ ★ jadi ceritanya saya mau klaim garansi karna lptop saya ngga mau nyala kalo ngga dicas. bgitu masuk sini malah saya dikasih pencerahan yg luar biasa oleh manajer toko, dikira nya saya memakai laptop dengan tidak benar. padahal saya pakai dengan hati2 krna saya tau sendiri ini laptop harga nya lumayan mahal buat saya.
Mending mikir2 lagi klo mau kesini. kita yg punya barang, kita beli dr dia. kita mau pake kyk gimana pun terserah kita karna kita udh beli. masalah dia bisa service apa engga selama dia bisa bantu dan kita bisa bayar ya fair aja menurut saya.
Tapi pelayanan kurang RAMAH. MALAH PELAYANAN KYK ANJING!
so the story is that I want to claim the warranty because my laptop won't turn on if it's not charged. As soon as I entered here, I was even given an extraordinary explanation by the shop manager, he thought I was using the laptop incorrectly. even though I use it carefully because I know this laptop is quite expensive for me.
Mending think again if you want to come here. we have the goods, we buy from him. how we want to use it, it's up to us because we've already bought it. The problem is he can service or not as long as he can help and we can pay, it's fair in my opinion.
But the service is not FRIENDLY. EVEN KYK DOG SERVICE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service was not friendly. No welcoming, no greeting, not even smiling! The overall staffs also not very nice. I merely come here cause it's the closest to where i live. Not very helpful either. I found some angry other customers too while i was waiting. My laptop had problem connecting to wifi and was reset to factory setting. Just glad to get it over with. Hopefully they get better in serving the customer. If you ask me will i service my laptop here again? Hmm....only if I really...really..really..have to....??
