★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad. Just plain bad. Pelayanan tidak profesional, sangat sulit dihubungi untuk informasi hasil ujian. Penerbitan sertifikatnya pun juga lama dan tidak jelas prosesnya. Pegawainyapun juga kurang ramah. Ironis sekali untuk perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang sertifikasi profesional.
Bad Just plain bad. Unprofessional services, very difficult to contact for information about exam results. Issuance of certificates is also long and the process is not clear. The employees are also not friendly enough. Very ironic for companies engaged in the field of professional certification.
