★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ambil dsini sudah 1 tahun dan dengan oengalaman yang sangat buruk. 1 tahun ini sudah 4 kali ganti, dan 3 dari 4 pekerja casenya adalah kabur pas setelah 2/3 bulan. Kabur meninggalkan rumah terbuka. Solusi dr yayasan hanya mencari ganti tanpa lbh dalam menyelesaikan mslh kaburnya prt. Dengan sangat mudah yg mreka bs tawarkan adalah "pengga ti" yg notabene, samasekali tdk ada yg lbh baik. Utk memcahkan mslh ttg oekerja kabur mereka sangat tdk reaktif dan responsive tapi urusan menagih uangv transport sangat gercep. Sementara tiap bulan bayar 700.000 ke yayasan, tdk ada added value yg ddpt dgn bayar tambahan tiap bulan segini. ?

The solution from the foundation is just looking for a replacement without any more in solving the problem of running away from PRT. Very easily what they can offer is "no" which, in fact, is nothing better at all. To solve the problem of blurred work they are very unreactive and responsive, but the business of collecting money for transport is very fast. While every month you pay 700,000 to the foundation, there is no added value that you can pay extra every month like this. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy masuk di SNI dr THN 2015 setelah sy plng dr luar negri sy ikut SNI,sy handle Lansia kontrak pertama 8 bln opa meninggal dan yg kontrak ke 2 dgn penguna jasa sy handle Oma setelah satu tahun dgn Oma ini sambung LG belum hambis kontrak yg ke 2 dgn Oma,beliau meninggal.lalu sy break cuti dan sy kembali LG kesini sampai skrng msh ikut dgn PT ini...
Smua Tenaga kerja Disni di jamin melindungi hak pekerja dgn baik dan melayani pengguna jasa dgn baik juga

I entered SNI in 2015 after I graduated from abroad, I joined SNI, I handled the elderly with the first contract 8 months, Grandpa died and the second contract with service users I handled Grandma after one year with Grandma, continued LG, the second contract hasn't ended yet 2 with Grandma, she died. Then I took a break from leave and I came back to LG here until now, I'm still with this PT...
All workers here are guaranteed to protect workers' rights well and serve service users well too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan administrasi yayasan ini cukup baik, sayangnya kualitas pekerja yang kurang baik. suster baru dilatih dari NTT, saat bekerja kurang inisiatif. Dan ART yang kabur dengan masa kerja kurang dari sebulan. Saran, jika ingin mempertahankan nama baik yayasan, carilah calon pekerja yang niat bekerja dan sebaiknya dilaksanakan seleksi sebelum diterima atau mendapat karantina dari yayasan. Dan belum lagi urusan administrasi (pembayaran) yang ga murah dan tidak bisa dikembalikan
The administrative services of this foundation are quite good, unfortunately the quality of the workers is not good. The new nurse was trained from NTT, when she was working she lacked initiative. And ART who ran away with less than a month of service. Suggestion, if you want to maintain the good name of the foundation, look for prospective workers who intend to work and selection should be carried out before being accepted or quarantined by the foundation. And not to mention administrative matters (payments) which are not cheap and cannot be returned
