★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facilities, feels modern, clean and well maintained. Everything is in working order, getting on and off the train is without hussle, even with family and kid.
Park and ride area is a makeshift and need improvement. It's quite far from the station so undercover walkway will help.

Lebak bulus station was very nice, like at the terminal 3 soetta airport.
Owesome.
There was 4 option for ticketing, vending, emoney mandiri, bni, and bca flazz.

The staffs on duty are ready to help. I hope this public transportation is used properly without any attemption to misuse it. Let's use public transportation to reduce air pollution! For a better Jakarta!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing transportation come to Jakarta. Right now, jakarta transform to modern city. I'm proud of it. Everything is fine, train, staff, except the entry/exit gate need to improve the quality. But i believe soon it will better. Good job MRT Jakarta.

Far less crowded than normal, but the energy of serving kept maintained by the officers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love riding MRT. The station is clean, proper & strictly prokes during pandemic.
Just hate the chaotic outside just when you walked out to continue with Transjak or mikrotrans.
Dunno why regular angkots can still park & wait for passengers at the designated bus stop for Transjak..??!!
I hope authority will give attention & good solution becoz it becomes disturbing already.. ?
