Kaget njirr dtg2 disuruh nimbang sndr dgn nada bgtu,mbaknya diam saja dengan wajah sadismu cuma ngasih nota doang ga bilang apa2,masih mencoba halus aku bilang makasih ya,eh cuma bilng 'ya' nada gaenak,, asuuuuu harga sgtu pelayanan kek tai,ga sudi kesini lagi
First time here, came immediately judged Ms. dong, came straight away and said in a hoarse tone "weigh!!!' What? Surprised to come and be asked to weigh yourself in that tone, Ms. was silent with a sadistic face, she just gave me a note, didn't say anything, I was still trying to be gentle, I said thank you, eh, I just said 'yes', the tone was not good, the price is so sweet cake I don't want to come here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah dijudesin sama mbak yang jaga pagi. Niatnya mau ambil baju karna disitu tertulis 24jam, eh ternyata bisa diambil pas sorenya. Its OK kalo ngomongnya alus, apalagi ditambah kata maaf. Tapi si mbaknya malah ngomong pake nada sengak sambil mukanya gak ngenakin.
Tolong mbak yang jaga pagi supaya lebih ramah, jangan judes apalagi ngomongnya sengak! Kami gunain jasa kalian pake bayar lho, dan itu gak murah (lebih mahal dibanding laundry lain). Kami berharap setidaknya dilayani secara layak. Inget mbak, ramah-tamah kayak bilang 'terimakasih', 'mohon maaf' itu basic skill buat penyedia jasa. Yuk, bisa yuk latihan supaya lebih ramah lagi. Aku pengen banget misuh loh sekarang, tapi aku tahan tahan
Kalo mas yang jaga malam sih enak, ramah.

Poin utamanya itu keramah-tamahan si mbaknya kak. Kalo masalah jam operasional saya bisa mengerti dan menerima. Sayangnya hal tersebut gak disampaikan dengan baik dan terkesan marah-marah.
Saya memang cuma dumb buyer, tapi gaada niat menjatuhkan usaha orang, toh apa yang saya rasakan mengenai ketidak-ramahan mbaknya rupanya juga dirasakan oleh orang lain. Terimakasih atas responnya kak. Mohon maaf bila kurang berkenan
I was judged by Ms. who was in charge of the morning. The intention was to take clothes because it said 24 hours there, but it turned out that they could be picked up in the afternoon. Please Ms. who is on duty in the morning to be more friendly, don't be rude, let alone speak loudly! We use your services to pay, you know, and it's not cheap (more expensive than other laundry). We hope to at least be served properly. Remember, madam, being kind is like saying 'thank you', 'sorry', these are basic skills for service providers. Come on, let's practice to be more friendly. I really want to leave now, but I can't stand it

The main point is the friendliness of Ms. Sis. If there is a problem with operating hours, I can understand and accept it. Unfortunately this was not conveyed properly and seemed angry.
