★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m only rating 5 because of the service that made the experience pleasant. But the result of my eyelash extensions were mildly disappointing. I liked the look and quality of the lash itself, however I saw lash fallouts merely two days after the treatment — something unusual in my experience. I returned for a touch up, and on the 9th day 70% of the extension on my left eye has fallen out (bear in mind, lash extensions usually lasts around 3 weeks). I’ve always kept up with aftercare and even went as far as purchasing their eyelash serum. I think the salon needs to review the quality of their lash glue because it is holding quite poorly. Not sure if I’ll return again for another eyelash treatment, but most certainly for their other services such as the mani/pedi. Overall, good experience and care from the lovely workers but don’t expect your lash extensions to last long.
