★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya sudah datang ke kantor pusat di Capital Place dan hanya menemui satpam padahal di dalamnya ada orang tapi tetap gaboleh masuk memang kalau niatnya sudah menipu susah... saya disini sebagai SELLER di lazada nama toko saya SULTAN DAGING INDONESIA tolong kembalikan dana saya bulan MARET !!!! saya sudah email dll alesannya toko saya menipu... TIDAK ADA BUKTI bahwa toko saya menipu SAYA SELAMA INI TIDAK PERNAH MENIPU APALAGI TERHADAP CUSTOMER BISA DI CHECK ULASAN YANG DIKASIH PELANGGAN YANG BELANJA DI TOKO SAYA TOLONG DILIHAT ULASANNYA TIDAK ADA YANG MENYATAKAN MENIPU

THERE IS NO PROOF THAT MY SHOP cheated ME DURING THIS NEVER FRAUD ESPECIALLY TO CUSTOMERS CAN CHECK REVIEWS GIVED CUSTOMERS WHO SHOPPED AT MY STORE PLEASE SEE THE REVIEWS NO ONE DECLARE FRAUD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Respon lazada parah! Uang saya di tahan sudah hampir 2 bulan. Dan smpe skrng gaada respon sma sekali dan saya sudah mengajukan banding tpi tidak ada kejelasan. Saya sudah kunjungi kantor ini tapi tidak diperbolehkan naik oleh securitynya hanya di kasih buku saja. Perusahaan tidak jelas! Dan csnya pun tidak mau merepon.
lazada response is terrible! My money has been withheld for almost 2 months. And so far there has been no response at all and I have filed an appeal but there is no clarity. I have visited this office but the security is not allowed to go up, only given a book. The company is not clear! And the cs doesn't want to respond either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my experience on multiple times ordering from this e-commerce, I have to say Lazada is the worse, compared to Tokopedia, Shoppee, and Bukalapak (which I have tried). Orders are not delivered on time, sometimes not delivered at all. Sometimes, the order doesn't even get accepted by the sellers after several days until I have to cancel because I don't receive any messages from seller or customer service to keep me updated on the status of the order. In fact customer service does not answer. Most of the time we cannot contact them. Their website has constant errors, cannot click, does not work for whatever reason. Some orders also arrived incomplete.
They are doing special offers to attract customers, but then products does not get delivered and there is no customer service to support us. It is a huge waste of time. If you don't want to be frustrated and waste your time, just don't bother with this ecommerce. There are others much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Lazada office not located in building together with Rolex Service Center - as spotted by map, but located at Four Seasons Hotel building complex, opposite of this location.
Due to this wrong map, dozens of people came to this Rolex building, so security and reception will inform you for the right location.
2. And Lazada office closed since April 2020 - as informed by Building Security.
3. All communications with Lazada only by online via their apps.
