★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gak biasanya kaya gini, sebelumnya belanja di lazada aman aman aja sampe sekalipun saya libur dikonfirmasi lewat sms/telp terkait barangnya, 2x beli ini pertama barang udah sampe udah ada laporan dikirim, pas saya libur ternyata gak ada konfirmasi dan dikriim besok, oke ps juga saya ada dikantor dan saya teerima barangnya, dan saya tanya ke petugasnya dia malah diem aja, kedua ini sama kaya yg pertama barang udah dikirim sedang dalam perjalann dari pagi sampe jam 5 barang gak sampe dan diinfoin ternyata gagal kirim dan akan diulang dihari berikutnya, terus ini gagal kirimnya karena apa sementara saya lagi pas dikantor, apa karena petugasnya cape dari pagi dampe sore makanya dibuat beesok aja, ini bukan soal harga yg saya beli, ini soal pelayanan anda ke konsumen
