β β β β β Hasil pengerjaan seperti asal2an yg penting selesai. Sudah disampaikan melalui wa kpd yg berhubungan dgn sy, tp tdk direspon alias dicuekin. Sayang skl utk bengkel sebesar ini QC & sdm nya.

β β β β β Claim pertama pintu bagasi dan bumper cat warna ga rata. Pas ambil, pintu mobil malah penyok ga tau ketabrak apa, di claim lagi deh ke insurance pintu kanan itu dengan dia tanggung OR nya. Mau diambil claim ke 2 malah belang banget cat nya dibanding depan. Sangat mengecewakan. Mobil jadi ga bisa dipake lama berkali kali. Perlu dipikir nama tempat yang ga sesuai dengan layanannya.
Setelah penyelesaian yg penyok di pintu. Hasil nya ga lurus, masi keriting penyoknya. Dugaan saya PDR lalu proses cat. Ada parts penutupnya pintu hilang, sisa sisa compound di sela sela pintu tengah dan depan yang mengeras tidak dibersihkan ketika pemolesan. Sisa compound di trim plastik dan karet yang harusnya ditutup masking tape ketika compounding / polishing sehingga jadi putih2.
Update, penutup nya ditemukan di handle pintu. Tapi tidak terpasang. Nanti cari double tape
Saya tipe detail dan perfeksionis.. ga cocok ke bengkel body repair model yang kerjain belang ga rapi, sisa kompon di sela2, poles hologram full body.. semuanya nambah kerjaan dan biaya lain lagi untuk exterior polishing dan detailing agar kondisinya kembali ke sebelum dikerjakan. Klo ga bisa moles tanpa hologram, jangan moles. Malah jadi perlu biaya dan waktu lagi nambah.
Menjawab reply dari bengkel. Pertanyaan saya:
1. Panel pintu yg keriting bisa lempeng ga?
2. Repaint nya bisa tanpa overspray ga?
3. Yang bagasi belakang cat warna nya masi pori2 meler emangnya mau cat ulang
4. Bagian2 trim2 karet yang putih bisa dibersihin ga?
5. Polesnya pake masking tape ga? Saya pake Masking tape merk Ace
6. Polesnya bisa hologram free ga? Seperti sebelum masuk di repair. Saya poles pake Compound Meguiar's 110 dan Polish 210, kalian pake apa? Pake pad polish merk apa kekerasan density berapa? Pake rotary atau DA merk apa speed berapa? Punya pad washer ga buat bersiin setiap panel? Lap nya pake microfiber berapa GSM?
7. Detailing sela2 panel yang sisa kompon, sela2 trim emangnya bisa? 2 x lho uda saya bersiinm Uda saya bersiin nanti malah nyelip2 lagi, kerjaan lagi ke 3 x dong
8. Klo balik lagi tapi masalah lagi untuk apa?
9. Ketebalan cat di panel pintu kannanya klo diukur jadi berapa micron? Dikerok dulu ga? Klo timpa lagi ya jadi ketebelan diukur
Update Januari,
Saya bawa ke carwash Orbit Plus, di polish 1 x buat ilangin hologram buffer trail nya sekujur body, ilangin semua bekas compound kering di sela pintu, sela body, plastik dan rubber trim yg putih2 kena compound. Lumayan keluar 500rb lagi buat beresin polesan ga rapihnya. Nanti mau cari PDR buat pintu nya yang masi keriting yang sudah di body repair "but not repaired", drpd nambah masalah bukannya beresin permasalahan.

After finishing the dent on the door. The result is not straight, the dent is still curly. My guess is PDR and then the paint process. There are parts of the door cover missing, the remaining compound residue between the middle and front doors that hardened was not cleaned when polishing. The remaining compound in the plastic and rubber trim should be covered with masking tape when compounding / polishing so that it turns white2.
Update, the cover was found on the door handle. But not installed. Then look for double-sided tape
I'm a detail type and a perfectionist.. not suitable for a body repair model workshop that does not work neatly with stripes, leftover compound on the sidelines, full body hologram polishing.. everything adds work and other costs for exterior polishing and detailing so that the condition returns to before it was done. If you can't polish without a hologram, don't polish. In fact, it costs more and more time.
Answering the reply from the workshop. My question:
1. Can the curly door panels be flat or not?
2. Can it be repainted without overspray?
3. The paint on the back of the trunk is still runny, do you want to repaint it?
4. Can the white rubber trims be cleaned or not?
5. Do you use masking tape to polish it? I use Ace brand masking tape
6. Can the polish be hologram free or not? Like before entering the repair. I polished it with Compound Meguiar's 110 and Polish 210, what did you use? What brand of polishing pad do you use, what is the hardness density? What brand of rotary or DA do you use, what speed? Do you have a washer pad to clean every panel? How many GSM are you using for the microfiber?
7. Detailing between the remaining compound panels, can it really be done between trims? 2 times, you know, I've been sneezing. After I've been sneezing, I've slipped again, I'm working again 3 times, please
8. If you come back again but what's the problem again?
9. How many microns is the thickness of the paint on the right door panel? Did you scrape it first? If you overwrite it again, the thickness will be measured
January Updates,
I took it to the Orbit Plus carwash, polished it once to remove the hologram buffer trail all over the body, removed all traces of dry compound between the doors, the body, plastic and white rubber trim with compound. It's okay to spend another 500 thousand to clean up the messy polish. Later, I want to find a PDR for the door that is still curled, which has been repaired "but not repaired", instead of adding to the problem instead of fixing the problem.
