★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gak akan pernah mau belanja lagi di tempat ini? Pengalaman belanja yang amat sangat buruk. Bisa di check pd 2 april 2019 pukul 08.40 sampai 08.50 saya sudah lama menunggu karena pelayanan yg amat sangat lamban. Sehingga saya pindah kekasir lain. Ketika sudah di depan saya membayar dengan pecahan 50rb dan dia bilang maaf gak ada kembalian. So saya gak bisa belanja? Mohon maaf kak. Lo gak ada kembalian mending gak usah jualan. Saya buang2 waktu, luar biasa lawson menara btpn ini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lawson merupakan satu-satunya minimarket yang ada di Sun Plaza, Menara BTPN. Jadi sebenarnya, mau gak mau, suka gak suka, kebanyakan pekerja di Menara BTPN akan ke sini untuk berbelanja.
Saya pribadi gak terlalu suka ke sini karena setiap keluar dari Lawson baju/badan saya menjadi bau oden. Sepertinya ada yang salah dengan sirkulasi udara di dalam sehingga bau makanan ---khususnya oden-- menjadi mengudara kemudian hinggap di pakaian/badan.
Hal lain yang kurang nyaman adalah antrean di kasirnya yang terkadang suka kelewatan panjangnya --dan tidak jelas bentuk antreannya.
Lawson is the only minimarket in Sun Plaza, BTPN Tower. So actually, like it or not, like it or not, most workers at Menara BTPN will come here to shop.
I personally don't like to go here because every time I get out of Lawson my clothes / body become oden. There seems to be something wrong with the circulation of air inside so that the smell of food --- especially oden - becomes airborne and then alighted on clothing / body.
Another thing that is less comfortable is the queue at the cashier who sometimes likes to miss the length - and not clear the shape of the line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outlet Lawson ini mulai sulit ditemui terutama setelah Sevel gugur dalam kancah industri ini. Yang di Benhilpun sudah modar. Mungkin karena salah manajemen seperti yang sebelah. Harganya juga murah meskipun pilihan produknya agak terbatas. Pelayanannya juga, bersahabat dan ramah. Beserta AC yang cukup dingin. Enak buat duduk duduk melepaskan lelah sehabis seharian mendengarkan ember bocor ?

Even though it's in BTPN's building, minimum payment using BTPN's Jenius's card is IDR 50.000 with no promo at all. And Mandiri debit card at IDR 25.000
Service is not always friendly.
Price difference to conventional stores (Indomaret, Alfamart, etc) is IDR 4.000++
IDR 10.000 for 4 pcs of Takoyaki, got 3 overburned Takoyaki instead.
