★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loundy paling buruk pelayanannya padahal baru pertama loundry dsini langsung dibuat kecewa, katanya pakaian cucunya tidak bercampur dengan pakaian orang lain nyatanya baju saya bisa tertukar dan berada di baju orang lain, malah saya disuru cek sendiri mana baju punya saya mana yg bukan..yakin 1000% ga bakal balik lagi...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PARAH!!! Harga mahal tapi tetap kotor ,awalnya saya nangkap basah pakain saya gak dikucek sama mereka, masih terlihat kotor seperti tidak di cuci sama sekali,
Setelah itu mereka minta maaf , tapi tetap aja pakaian yang lain juga gak bersih, gak sesuai harganya yg 5000/kilo, kirain ada nilai plus-nya kalo harga segitu

Hasil laundry nya jadinya lebih dari perkiraan & omongan di awal, sudah bolak-balik hujan-hujanan eh ternyata belum jadi-jadi juga. Kesel banget saya. Pas sudah jadi & diambil ternyata baju saya seperti tidak disetrika, masih kusuuuuuuut banget. Cuma dilipat & dimasukkan plastik. Itupun asal-asalan. Tidak rapi sama sekali & tidak wangi seperti hasil laundry pada umumnya. Padahal mau dipakai. Jadi apa gunanya saya keluar uang untuk bayar laundry kalau hasilnya ternyata saya harus setrika ulang lagi?????????????

The results of the laundry turned out to be more than expected & the talk at the beginning, it's been raining back and forth, eh, it hasn't happened yet. I'm very annoyed. When it was finished & taken, it turned out that my clothes were not ironed, they were still very soooo squishy. Just folded and put in plastic. That too is original. Not neat at all & doesn't smell like laundry results in general. Even though you want to use it. So what's the point of me spending money to pay for laundry if the result turns out that I have to re-ironing again?????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama kali laundry di sini harganya mahal karena one day service ternyata tidak dan mengecewakan saya laundry banyak ada 1 celana jeans yang hilang malah karyawan saling tuduh karyawan lain yang ceroboh ini itulah bukannya nyelesain masalah malah jatuhin teman lainnya. Gak akan balik lagi kesini!
This is the first time that laundry here is expensive because the one day service was not and disappointed me in the laundry, there was a lot of missing jeans, even the employees accused each other of being careless, that's what instead of solving the problem they dropped another friend. Will not come back here again!

Untuk yg mau loundry disini, saat timbang, pastikan angka timbangan berapa, kalo gak diperhatikan bakal ditipu.
Saya biasa loundry 3 stel seragam atasan&rok hanya sekitar 1,5kg, disini diitung 3kg, 2x lipat dari timbangan semestinya, jadi saran saya mending cari loundry yg lain aja.
Atau kalo terpaksa saran saya diperhatikan saat timbang berapa kg total cuciannya.
Kapok laundry here!!
For those who want to do laundry here, when weighing, make sure what the scale is, if you don't pay attention, you will be cheated.
I usually do laundry with 3 sets of tops & skirts, only about 1.5kg, here it's 3kg, 2x the scale it should be, so my advice is to find another laundry.
Or if you have to, my advice is to pay attention when weighing the total kg of the laundry.
