★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya strikaannya bagus dan rapi.. Terus beberapa kali nggak rapi.. Aku komplain,, sama adminnya yg satu dibilang dikembaliin aja kl nggak rapi,, nnt distrika ulang.. Eh pas aku laundry berikutnya lagi,, nggak rapi lagi tuh.. Beberapa baju tu nggak halus,, rokku juga bawahnya nggulung gitu.. Ak kembaliin lagi,, yg terima adminnya yg lain.. Pas hari berikutnya aku ambil,, sama adminnya itu disuruh cek di situ,, pas ak cek ternyata masih tetep nggak rapi.. Ak komplain lagi,, dy malah nyolot tuh dan bilang kl dy itu nyuci nggak strika.. Hah.. Kecewa bangetlah.. Untuk laundry sebesar Laundry Zone,, pelayanannya kyk gitu.. Adminnya (yg namanya Fit****na) sama sekali nggak ramah dan nyolot..
At first the strings were nice and neat ... And a few times it wasn't neat ... I complained, with the admin who was said to be returned, bro, it wasn't neat ... not ironed again ... Uh, when I'm next laundry, it's not neat .. Some the clothes are not smooth, my skirt is also rolled down like that ... I come back again ... the one that received the other admin ... the next day I took it, the admin was told to check there, when I checked it was still not neat. I complained again, dy actually poked and said the dy was washing up not strik ... Hah .. So disappointed .. For laundry as big as Laundry Zone, the service is really like that ... The admin (whose name is Fit **** na) not friendly and easy at all ...

I subscribed here but it took a long time to clean up, purely, just the smell of laundry deodorizer but the dirt is still the same as before entering laundry'an

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya akui hasil laundry disini rapi, wangi, dll. tapi ada 1 hal yang paling saya tidak sukai dari laundry zone disini, yaitu pelayanan kasir yang SANGATLAH TIDAK RAMAH, saya mohon banget untuk di perbaikin cara pelayanannya agar pelanggan merasa senang & nyaman.
I admit the laundry results here are neat, smell good, etc. but there is 1 thing I don't like the most about the laundry zone here, namely the cashier service which is VERY UNFRIENDLY, I really beg to improve the way of service so that customers feel happy & comfortable.
