Saya laundry di sini dengan estimasi waktu sehari(bukan eksprees),jam 11/12 siang.
dan belum ada sehari(sore nya di hari yg sama)saya di wa untuk ambil laundry an,
saya tanya ini beneran mbk/kak? karna saya mintanya sehari,
jawabnya :iya kak karna baru sepi jadi cepet selesainya ,kami tunggu sampai jam 9 yha kk.
sy jawab ,oh iy kk siap/trimakasih
malam nya sy ambil,seperti biasa ksh nota ambil barang,dan blm sempat sy ambil barang saya tanya sama mbaknya ,mbk ini laundry saya sehari jadi tapi di ambil sekrng it bener gk mbk?
mbk nya jawab oh ini sehari yha mas,berarti ambilnya besok ,kalo sekarang nanti jatohnya eksprees,
sy agak dongkol krna rumah sy agak jauh dri tmpt laundry ini,karna langganan dan satu arah ke tmpt kerja makanya sy sering ke sini dan nota saya tinggal pada mlm itu.
,akhirnya mau gk mau sy ambil besok nya tgl 26.08.2021 JAM 19.30 MALAM
tolong di perbaiki lg,jangan sampai pelanggan kecewa.

Ms. replied, "Oh, it's a day, bro, it means pick it up tomorrow, if now it will fall out of express,
I'm a bit annoyed because my house is a bit far from this laundry place, because I have a subscription and one way to work, that's why I often come here and my notes stay that night.

please fix it again, don't let the customer be disappointed.
