★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hasil dari laundry nya bersih dan wangi, packaging nya juga bagus dan rapi. bagi member akan mendapatkan harga yang lebih murah dari normal sekitar Rp. 7.000/ kg. terdapat paket 30 kg -50 kg yang dapat digunakan kapanpun tanpa ada batas waktu. selain itu, laundry ini juga memiliki layanan seperti antar jemput laundry ke rumah sekitaran gading serpong. namun sayangnya, waktu untuk laundry bisa memakan lebih dari 3 hari (lebih dari waktu yang dijanjikan) dan waktu jemput/antar laundry hanya tersedia dari siang pada pukul 13:00 - 18:00 WIB. menurut saya akan lebih baik jika ditambahkan fasilitas seperti pemberitahuan kepada customer jika hasil laundry sudah selesai.

saya memasukkan laundry dr 11/01 siang hari. namun, hari ini setelah saya telepon untuk minta antarkan laundry saya, ternyata masih belum jadi dikarenakan alasan kekekurangan tenaga pekerja sehingga baju baru bisa diambil 2 hari lagi. padahal perjanjian untuk menyelesaikan baju memakan waktu 3 hari. selama saya laundry sering kali proses memakan waktu lebih dari yang dijanjikan. akan lebih baik jika merasa tidak sanggup dengan waktu 3 hari, tolong beritahukan pelanggan bahwa proses laundry memakan waktu sampai 5 hari/lebih pada saat pembelian member sehingga pelanggan merasa tidak dibohongi. selain itu, jika merasa tidak memiliki tenaga kerja yang cukup, lebih baik batasi jumlah pelanggan maupun laundry yang masuk / tutup sementara daripada merugikan pelanggan. terimakasih

I put in laundry from 11/01 during the day. however, today after I called to ask for my laundry, it turned out that it was still not finished due to lack of labor so that new clothes could be taken in 2 days. even though the agreement to finish the clothes takes 3 days. during my laundry it often takes more time than promised. it would be better if you feel unable to within 3 days, please tell the customer that the laundry process takes up to 5 days / more at the time of member purchase so that the customer feels not cheated. in addition, if you feel that you do not have enough labor, it is better to limit the number of customers and laundry that enter / temporarily close rather than harm the customer. thank you
