★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sudah pakai laundry town lebih dr 2 tahun, dulu gaada masalah sih, tapi semenjak 4-5 bulan ini sering ada problem masalah waktu laundry dan terutama pengiriman. Masa sudah 1 thn saya ganti alamat tiba2 laundry diantarkan ke alamat yg lama, dan alasannya saya yang kasih alamatnya salah, padahal kemungkinan krn di sistem gadiganti, dan mgkin pegawai baru jd gatau alamat saya yang baru. Lalu sekarang saya sudah tunggu laundry seminggu gadatang (saya paket 15kg yang 3 hari), alasan supir sakit mau diantar besok, lalu gadatang juga, alasannya dia tidak tau krn pas saya telfon kemarin yang angkat pegawai yang lain, lalu kalau saya tanya mau diantar jam berapa, hanya jawab siang siang, saya sudah 4x tanya jam brp, krn kan kalau masih lama saya bisa ambil sekalian paz saya keluar. Dan ada 1 kasus lagi, saya pernah mau cuci, lalu pegawai baru (sepertinya) menimbang pakaian saya sekalian dengan ember2 nya tanpa di buat ke 0kg dulu timbangannya. Ketika saya kasih tau malah ngotot dia udah tau gimana caranya, lalu saya mnta timbang ulang akhirnya, dan memang benar kelebihan 1kg karena embernya. Tolong management nya di benarkan ya...karena sudah mulai tidak professional ini pelayanannya. Terimakasih
 I have been using laundry town for more than 2 years, there was no problem in the past, but since 4-5 months there have often been problems with laundry time and especially shipping. After 1 year I changed my address, suddenly the laundry was delivered to the old one, and the reason I gave the wrong address was, even though it might be because of the gadiganti system, and maybe new employees became my new address. Then now I have been waiting for laundry for a week (I have a 15kg package for 3 days), the reason the driver will be sick will be delivered tomorrow, then also, the reason he does not know because when I called yesterday I was picking up another employee, then if I ask you want to be delivered at how many, just answer noon daytime, I have asked 4x hours brp, because if it's still long I can take all my paz out. And there is one more case, I once wanted to wash, then a new employee (it seems) weighed my clothes at the same time with the buckets without making it to 0kg before the scale. When I told him he was insistent, he already knew how to do it, then I asked to re-weigh it in the end, and it was true that 1kg was over because of the bucket. Please correct management please ... because it has begun to be unprofessional this service. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hati2 deh kalau laundry disini. harga bersaing kualitas nya abal abal.. pertama ngulur waktu alasannya barang hilang tag. abis itu dibuka baru ktauan kalau trnyata robek dan dijait di tukang jait kali ya biar gak terlalu ktauan.. gila yah.. alesan hilang habis itu ktauan robek dong... gila yah... ga info robek, cuma diputer pas kasih kembali. yg robek ketutup jadinya... so crazy
be careful when laundry here. Competitive prices, the quality is fake. First, buy time because the item is missing the tag. After that it is opened, then the statement is that if it is actually torn and pinched on the hook, so that it is not too obnoxious ... crazy ... the reason is gone, the command is torn ... crazy ... no information torn, just rotated when you give it back. the one that's torn to the lid becomes ... so crazy
