★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat buruk pelayanan, saya komplain malah di blokir akun whatsapp saya, celana putih saya luntur menjadi warna biru, tidak bertanggung jawab, harus nya jika ada pakaian castamer berwarna putih, ketika menyuci di pisah , benar benar mengecewakan laundry di tempat ini, saya sudah rugi membuang celana seharga 400rb, hanya gara2 kecerobohan karyawan di sini

Salah satu baju yg saya baru beli dan baru sekali pakai ga kembali. Alasannya ga ada dan hitungan udah sama kok. Ga pake embel2 usaha akan cari dan tny customers lain manatau keselip. Beberapa kali pakaian orang lain keselip, saya selalu kembalikan atau pakaian saya selama ini juga sering salah itung karna ternyata keselip underwear atau ukuran kecil, jadi pastinya jumlah ga selalu sama. Sangat kecewa, udah hampir setahun pake jasa ini, tapi ini paling kesal sih. Fiks akan ganti laundry service ke yang lain.
Laporan 2:
Setelah update laporan 1, bapaknya datang ke rumah dan klarifikasi dan ternyata pakaiannya keselip di laundryan saya. Saya jadinya yg minta maaf. Ga terlihat karna lipatannya kecil jadi ga terlihat, ketutup dengan pakaian lain. Tim laundrynya responsif banget dan sangat bertanggung jawab. Makasih ya Pak, semoga bisnisnya lancar2 terus.
Report 1:
One of the clothes that I just bought and just used did not come back. The reason is not there and the count is the same. Do not use frills, you will look for other customers and tny other customers or slip. Several times other people's clothes have slipped, I always return them or my clothes have always been wrong because they have slipped in my underwear or are small in size, so of course the number is not always the same. Very disappointed, I have been using this service for almost a year, but this is the most annoying thing. Fiks will change the laundry service to another one.
Report 2:
After updating report 1, the father came to my house and clarified and it turned out that his clothes had slipped in my laundry. I became the one who apologized. Not visible because it has small folds so it can't be seen, cover it with other clothes. The laundry team is very responsive and very responsible. Thank you sir, I hope the business will continue smoothly.
