Sya mau KOMPLAIN.
Tolong diperbaiki ya untuk karyawannya. Jjur sy senang laundry dsni. Tp berapa hari ini. Sya kurang suka dari cara kerja karyawan. Pertama, cara pengerjaan cucian. Sy laundry tgl 03 febuari dgn mas2. "LUNAS". Dtg kebesokannya. cucian 2 hari ternyata blm slsai.. Pdhl bju it sya mau pakai. Krna ada seragam. Sya akhirnya balik lagi. Dan tgl 06 febuari.. Sya ambil malam. Karyawan (si masnya) ternyata malah menginput struk sya "BELUM BAYAR". Pdhl sya sllu hari it jg lgsg bayar. Tolong lebih teliti !!!! lgi ya. Bkn soal harganya. Tp dri kenyamanan cust. Sya bkn sekali 2x ksni. Tpi sering. Lama2 jadi kapok!!!!! Jgn smpe k cust lain ky gt. Udh bayar ko malah diblg blm bayar. Yg ad nnti malah jadi sepi usaha bpk/ibu. Klo krja itu harus tanggung jawab. Bkn kerja aja trs slsai!!!!

I want to COMPLAIN.
Please fix it for the employees. Honestly, I like the laundry here. But how many days? I don't like the way the employees work. First, how to do the laundry. I did the laundry on February 3rd with mas2. "LUNAS". The next day. 2 days of laundry, it turned out that it wasn't finished.. Even though I want to use it. Because there is a uniform. I'm finally back again. And on February 6th.. I took the night. The employee (the masnya) actually entered my receipt "NOT PAID". Pdhl I also pay immediately that day. Please be more careful!!!! again yes. It's not about the price. But from customer convenience. I'm not twice this time. But often. So tired for so long!!!!! Don't go to another customer like gt. I've paid, even though I haven't paid yet. The next one will be quiet, Mr/Mrs.'s business. When working, you have to be responsible. Don't just work, it's done!!!!
