★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read great review, saw good posts on intagram. So i came, show them my hair reference. Bleached, dyed, however color result are not as expected. Color was dull and more to soft peach. Appreciate that they repaint it again and color become closer to my reference (however it cost me another 2 hours of my time which i need to move some of my plans). My hair styled, they took photos and videos, then my hair become mesy unlike new hair coming from salon and im a bit annoyed by that. Then they post it on ig, mentioning my hair black and dull. I feel offended, my hair is fine, it’s just frizzy looks, if you straighten it up it will look shiny and healthy. On the instagram post they put different hair reference that is same with my current hair color NOT the reference i shared, because obviously it’s different.
Owner and staff are nice and polite, need to appreciate customer more by:
1. Ask before taking photos or videos
2. Ask before making someone’s hair become messy
3. Put the correct mix and match between hair refence and result
