Saya datang dua hari berturut turut, dan yang judes orangnya sama sih, ngak tahu namanya siapa tapi ya harusnya ngak begitu. Saat tanya dicuekkin dan baru respon setelah agak lama. Ngak ada senyum sama sekali di wajah mbanya, ketus banget cara jawabnya dan saya masih ingat sikapnya sampai sekarang (mungkin karena baru pertama juga lihat ada FO seperti itu :'). Semoga kedepannya lebih baik. Mungkin bisa diterapkan 5S.

I came two days in a row, and the bad guy was the same, I don't know whose name but yes it shouldn't be. When asked, the question was ignored and only after a long response. There is no smile at all on the face of his face, very sharp about how he answers and I still remember his attitude until now (maybe because it was the first time I saw FO like that: '). Hopefully better future. Maybe 5S can be applied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pusat pelatihan Bahasa UMY terletak di jalan ringroad timur. Satu komplek sama universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.
Biasanya disini menyelenggarakan pelatihan bahasa untuk mahasiswa umy sekaligus tes seperti toefl. Tes toefl tersebut merupakam syarat untuk kelulusan atau saat pendadaran.
Kelebihannya :
+ pelayanannya ramah.
+ ada kursi tunggu untuk menunggu saat tempat informasi penuh.
+ kamar mandi luas dan bersih.
+ ruangan full ac dan bersih.
Kekurangannya :
- saat ini belum lihat sih kekurangannya apa.

The UMY Language training center is located on the east ringroad road. One complex with the Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta.
Usually, here they conduct language training for general students as well as tests like TOEFL. The toefl test is a requirement for graduation or awareness.
The advantages:
+ friendly service.
+ there is a waiting chair to wait when the information place is full.
+ bathroom spacious and clean.
+ room full ac and clean.
The disadvantages:
- I haven't seen the drawbacks at the moment.
