★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saat pertama kali mau kos, pemilik kos menawari minum dan makan dan saat hari raya dapat parcel?. Jarang bahkan tidak tidak ada kos-kos an yang memperhatikan calon penghuni atau penghuni kos seperti ini.
Pemiliknya ramah, kamar dan fasilitas kamar sudah dibersihkan saat mulai menghuni kos.
Parkir luas. Senang kos disini ?
The first time I wanted to board, the boarding house owner offered to drink and eat and during holidays I got parcel. Rarely or even a boarding house pays attention to prospective residents or boarders like this.
The owner is friendly, the rooms and room facilities have been cleaned when they start occupying the boarding house.

The place is safe, comfortable, clean, cool even though you don't use AC, clean water runs smoothly too. Anyway, I feel comfortable living here, while I'm in Bogor, I don't move boarding houses after I get a boarding house here
