★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak sengaja ganti ban sebetulnya, tetapi karena jumpa saudara yang akan ganti ban, akhirnya bincang bincang dan saya terpengaruh untuk ganti 2 ban mobil CRV. Mengapa ? penawarannya menarik. Saya cek dengan teliti tentunya khawatir kualitas BS. Dimana pun memang harus teliti sebelum membeli.
I accidentally changed tires, but because of a meeting with a brother who was going to change tires, finally we talked and I was influenced to change 2 tires for a CRV car. Why ? attractive offer. I checked carefully, of course I was worried about the quality of the BS. Wherever you have to be careful before buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ di th- 2016 bln sept. saat itu awal musim penghujan,minggu pagi langsung ke alamat & disambut security krn sdh janji seblmnya toko/agen ban blm jg buka tggu beberapa saat,dipojok gerai rolling door terlihat sedikit aktivitas & saya pelanggan pertama siap utk dilayani. singkatnya ganti 2 bh ban standard oem 205/65/15 B 930 + roll balancing velg dikerjakan dg cermat dan teliti. SAAT HUJAN turun dg lebatnya sampai selesai oleh 2 org pekerja & dibantu/diawasi pemilik toko mereka tetap mengerjakannya hujan-hujanan,dg ramah dan pelayanan yg baik serta jujur disambut payung mengiringi langkah memasuki mobil meninggalkan lokasi. 1x terima kasih ssya ucapkan.(kekurangan);

-posisi terhalang truck box yg ter parkir di
halaman depan.
-area parkir sempit berhpitan.
-out door pengerjaan diluar belum tertutup canofi atau garasi.
-gerai dan etalase didalam ruagan identik
seperti gudang ban.
- teller/casir tidak memiliki ruagan khusus
karna posisi tempat tsb sbg akses hilir
mudik jalur keluar masuk barang.
- ruang tunggu costumer service ? seadanya.
- fasilitas mutu pelayanan sudah baik dan
perlu ditingkatkan. top & it's the best seller

in 2016 mth sept. when it was the beginning of the rainy season, Sunday morning went straight to the address & was greeted by security because the appointment was that the store / agent had not yet opened for a few moments, at the corner of the rolling door booth there was little activity and I was the first customer ready to be served. in short, replace 2 pcs of standard OEM tires 205/65/15 B 930 + roll balancing wheels are done carefully and thoroughly. When the rain fell heavily until it was finished by 2 workers & assisted / supervised by the shopkeepers, they continued to do the rain, friendly and good service and honestly welcomed by an umbrella to accompany the steps to enter the car leaving the location. 1x thank you, thank you. - narrow narrow parking area.
-out door work outside not yet closed canofi or garage.
-displaces and storefronts are identical
like a tire warehouse.
- the teller / casir does not have a specific room
because of the position of the place as downstream access
homecoming lane in and out of goods.
- Customer service waiting room? improvise.
- service quality facilities are good and
needs to be improved. top & it's the best seller
shop.
