Makita keren.. saya mau service multitools, ada kerusakan, biaya ganti sparepart nya lebih mahal dari harga beli baru produknya, trs di tanya "kok bisa lebih mahal dari beli baru ?, mendingan saya beli baru dong daripada servis ?", di jawab "iya pak, mendingan bapak beli baru aja" Mendingan "service center" di hapus aja, di ganti nama "resale center", buat jual produk pengganti produk makita yang sudah rusak
Makita is cool .. I want multitools service, there is damage, the cost of replacing the spare parts is more expensive than the purchase price of the new product, then ask "how come it can be more expensive than buying a new one, I'd better buy a new one instead of service?", Answered " yes sir, I'd rather just buy " It's better to just delete the "service center", rename the "resale center", to sell a replacement product for a damaged Makita product

Sya sdh knyng dgn layanan servis center,,makita skrg ktrsedian partnya ssh g sprti dlu. Skrg hnya jual produk tpi kita nyari partnya yg vital2 ssh pdhl diglodok jg pusatnya dilogam mas itu jg ssh. Lbh baik bosch lbh cpt lbih komplit ktrsedianya parts. Wlpn klu produk baru yg sya ngandalin makita drpda bosch tpi klu mikirn kdepnya untk keruskn ya pilh bosch. Klu jmn dulu makita ready sprtparts tpi skrg buruk msti inden,,kdg bisa 4 smp 6 bln blm ad.
So, thanks to the service center service, then we have to get the parts ready, right? Now the only product we sell, but we look for the vital part, but we can see it in the center, then it's logged. Better bosch has more complete parts availability. If the new product that I signed with Bosch from Bosch, I don't have to think about the head for the bus, but the boss. Jangan beli produk lakoni, tidak bagus, saya nyesel beli produk ini, service lambat dan tidak jelas sudah mau 1/2 tahun belum kelar dan tidak ada kejelasan

Saya servis kompresor lakoni fresco 130x yang masa garansi sudah habis. Tujuan Saya mau ganti firter air regulator yang sesuai dengan asli nya karena mau sesuai barang bawaan yang dari pabrik nya. Sampai sana saya dikasih harga nya 135rb dan saya langsung mau. Langsung diganti tanpa tunjukin barang ke saya dan saya ngeliat dia ganti. Setelah selesai saya baru sadar barang tidak sama dengan bawaan asli nya..itu yang buat saya kecewa karena saya ngeliat barang gak beda jauh sama barang online di shoppe yang harga nya 67rb. Untuk pelayanan admin nya ramah . Untuk pelayanan teknisi ramah tetapi tidak dijelasin barang yang akan diganti beda dengan bawaan asli produk nya.
I service fresco 130x lakoni compressor whose warranty period has expired. Purpose I want to replace the regulator water firter that matches the original because I want to match the luggage from the factory. Until there I was given the price of 135 thousand and I immediately wanted. Immediately replaced without pointing the goods to me and I saw him replace. After finishing, I just realized that the goods are not the same as the original luggage ... that's what makes me disappointed because I saw the goods not much different from the items online at the price of 67 thousand shoppe. The admin service is friendly. For service, the technician is friendly, but not explained the items to be replaced are different from the original luggage.

Sperpart tidak tersedia kadang inden,,, gausah bli makita parah,,,

Pelayanan petugas ramah & gerak cepat ... service mesin gerinda pembelian dec 2020 jadi masih ada garansi namun sayang spare part tidak tersedia (tidak bisa menikmati disc 40% spare part), jadi musti hunting di toko2 lain ... infonya sudah 2 bulan spare part tdk ada pengiriman .... perlu jadi perhatian managemen makita ...
Friendly staff service & fast movement... grinding machine service for dec 2020 purchase so there is still a warranty but unfortunately spare parts are not available (can't enjoy the 40% spare part disc), so you have to hunt in other shops... the info is already 2 months spare parts no delivery....makita management needs to pay attention...
