Services company, apalagi melayani orang yang kemungkinan lagi ada masalah kesehatan sebaiknya memperhatikan service quality petugas front office yang melayani "pelanggan", kalau petugas yang judes2 begitu sebaiknya jadi petugas admin saja. Just opinion
The service was pretty good, but there was a front office clerk named *** ri who was bitchy. Services company, especially serving people who might have health problems, should pay attention to the service quality of front office staff who serve "customers". Just opinion

The service is good, friendly, polite, with professionals who are professional, it doesn't feel like the needle pierces the arm ....

Seharusnya registrasi counternya dipisahkan antara yg hanya ingin Rapid Test (Serologi) dng yg MCU. Sudah bikin appointment lewat Halodoc masih harus antri tunggu lama.
The service for registration is very long.
The counter registration should be separated between those who only want Rapid Test (Serology) and those who are MCU. Already made an appointment via Halodoc, you still have to wait in line for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience here. The queue was quite long. I waited for ~1h for the registration but the blood sampling queue was fast. Result can be seen in app, no need to come to prodia branch to take the result.
It will be faster if you book appointment and paid via prodia apps as you don’t have to wait for the registration, you will go directly to the blood sampling queue. If you book via app and choose payment in the branch, you still need to queue for the registration though.
