 Friendly service. Very strategic location. The type of inspection is also complete. There are doctors and non-labs too.

Long registration service, just register, queue for 30 minutes, not to mention the play in the lab, don't call it long... all long

Pengunjungnya ramai tempat tunggunya kecil jadi banyak yg nunggu diluar.
Untuk cs nya lumayan ramah.
The location is right in front of the shop entrance.
The visitors are busy with small waiting places so many are waiting outside.
For CS it is quite friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informasi yang diberikan oleh CS tidak jelas terkait pemeriksaan Lab. Kenapa tdk dicantumkan nomor tlp cabang????? Agar bisa terinfomasi dgn jelas. Padahal Sudah bolak balik nanya soal GTT call center tdk tau apa" bgtu sampai di Lab Cabang, ada beberapa hal yg perlu dilakukan. Sehingga customer jadi bolak balik untuk dtng ke Lab dan ini sangat tdk profesional.
Buat apa ada call center segala ?? sangat tdk membantu dgn adanya call center.
The information provided by CS is not clear regarding Lab examinations. Why isn't the branch phone number listed????? In order to be clearly informed. Even though I've been asking questions about the GTT call center, I don't know what, when I arrived at the Branch Lab, there were several things that needed to be done. So the customer went back and forth to come to the Lab and this was very unprofessional.
Why is there a call center for everything it's very unhelpful with the call center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot consult through hotline, what medical check up has to be done. It has to be face to face discussed. During this pandemic time, it is risky to go out even to go there. The Doctor there looks having lack of knowledge, e.g. claimed that alkohol 70% is better than 96% for desinfection against Covid-19, without telling what reason. Old style doctor who patient has to follow strictly what he/she said and no questions allowed. Test results were in questions when compared with medical test from Malaysia hospital. Service is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is modest, very easy to visit if you are West Jakarta residents. Recommended to visit by your private vehicle. The parking lots are more than adequate. The staffs here serve you well. Wearing mask is a must here and they practice the Covid19 safety protocol.
