★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya hari minggu sore badan sudah berasa gak enak dan malamnya lanjut senin pagi badan demam, pusing dan mata memerah. Selasa saya swab antigen di klinik citra medika di cibubur hasilnya positif. Kemudian saya lanjut test PCR di klinik tersebut, dari hasil PCR yang dikirim oleh klinik citra medika ternyata sampel saya dirujuk ke Galaxy lab klinik. Hari rabu diinfokan hasilnya NEGATIF covid.
Tp saya tidak yakin akan hasilnya karena hari rabu anak saya dan istri saya hari jum'at juga ikut demam dan saya beberapa hari sebelumnya berinteraksi dengan rekan sekantor yg positif.
Saya hari jum'at akhirnya berinisiatif ambil second opinion dengan melakukan pemeriksaan di Pramita Lab yg lebih terpercaya, dan keluar hasilnya POSITIF.
Saya jadi merasa bersalah, karena hari kamis jum'at saya merasa sudah lebih enak walaupun masih ada batuk sama pilek dan saya masuk kerja dan ada beberapa kali makan bareng rekan karena berdasar hasil lab pertama yg dikeluarkan Galaxy lab hasilnya saya negatif.
Jadi saya cukup tahu kwalitas Galaxy lab yang abal2...
 On Sunday afternoon, my body didn't feel well and that night, Monday morning, I had a fever, dizziness and red eyes. Tuesday I swab antigen at the clinic in the image of Medika Cibubur, the results were positive. Then I continued the PCR test at the clinic, from the PCR results sent by the medical image clinic, it turned out that my sample was referred to the Galaxy lab clinic. Wednesday was informed that the result was NEGATIVE for covid.
But I'm not sure about the results because on Wednesday my wife and I also had a fever and I had a few positive interactions with my co-workers on Friday.
On Friday, I finally took the initiative to take a second opinion by conducting an examination at a more reliable Pramita Lab, and the results came out POSITIVE.
I felt guilty, because Thursday and Friday I felt better even though I still had a cough and a cold and I went to work and had several meals with my colleagues because based on the first lab results released by Galaxy Lab, my results were negative.
So I quite know the quality of the fake Galaxy Lab...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cukup cepat dan murah, hasil soft file dikirim melalui WA. Untuk print hasil bisa diambil setelah hasil keluar.
Ada whatsapp admin juga yang merespon beberapa pertanyaan, walaupun kadang dikacangin. Tetapi tetap membantu.
Untuk antrian, saya melakukan swab sabtu siang tanpa antrian. Masuk ke pintu pelayanan untuk mendaftarkan diri, lalu menuju ruang sebelahnya untuk pembayaran dan pengambilan sampel. Prosesnya cukup cepat. Saya mengambil paket same day, hasil keluar kurang lebih 6 jam setelah tes.
Untuk hari minggu tetap bisa mengambil hasil tes, walaupun laboratorium tutup tetapi bagian administrasi masih buka untuk print hasil.
Hasil juga terkoneksi dengan aplikasi PeduliLindungi, karena laboratorium ini termasuk rekomendasi dari kemenkes.
The service is quite fast and cheap, the results of the soft file are sent via WA. To print the results can be taken after the results come out.
There is also a whatsapp admin who responds to some questions, although sometimes they are ignored. But still helpful.
For the queue, I did a swab Saturday afternoon without a queue. Enter the service door to register, then proceed to the adjoining room for payment and sampling. The process is quite fast. I took the same day package, the results came out approximately 6 hours after the test.
On Sundays, you can still take test results, even though the laboratory is closed but the administration department is still open to print the results.
The results are also connected to the PeduliLindung application, because this laboratory includes recommendations from the Ministry of Health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat tidak terlalu luas, namun cukup memadai untuk PCR test, untuk layanan same day, diundur menjadi 12 jam, untuk reguler 24 jam ke esokan harinya, juga menerima layanan home service.
The place is not too large, but sufficient for the PCR test, for the same day service, postponed to 12 hours, for regular 24 hours the next day, also receiving home service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kmrin baru kemari,awalnya nanya2 by WA dan direspon. Disuruh dtg langsung, walaupun antre tp petugas sigap dan cpt pemanggilannya sehingga tdk terlalu lama nunggu. Hasilnya jg cpt dan terintegrasi dengan peduli lindungi.
We just came here, initially asked by WA and responded. Was told to come directly, even though there was a line, but the officers were swift and quick to call so they didn't have to wait too long. The result is also fast and integrated with care to protect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya tidak besar. Pada saat saya datang tidak ada antrian( tgl 16 maret 2022). . Petugas cukup ramah, dan tes pcr saya dapat harga bagus (250.000) yg hasilnya 24 jam. Lokasinya di sebrang puskesmas galaxy
The place is not big. When I arrived there was no queue( 16 March 2022). . The staff is quite friendly, and my pcr test got a good price (250,000) which results in 24 hours. The location is opposite the galaxy health center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Ruko Rose Garden Galaxy. It occupied two ruko, one is for registration, and another is for examination, laboratorium, and cashier. Fast service. It is already has several certification of medical service (ISO). It has to improved its tidiness and cleanliness, also would be better to add chairs for the guests.
