Barusan saya baca artikel kalau pegawai tetap (pekerja yang dipekerjakan melalui perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu) dan terjadi PHK terhitung 30 hari sebelum hari raya tetap mendapatkan THR. Apakah pegawai yang ikut outsorcing yang di PHK 24 hari sebelum lebaran bisa mengklaim THR yang tidak diberikan? Mohon jawabannya, agar kami rakyat kecil apabila bisa diklaim kami bisa meminta hak kami. Terima kasih

Pakai tenaga kerja China saja karena tenaga kerja China itu Lebih MURAH yang menjadikan harga produksi lebih MURAH sehingga bisa bersaing dengan produk produk luar negri dengan harga yg MURAH ,tenaga kerja China lebih produktif, lebih disiplin, lebih berkualitas dalam bekerja, lebih tepat waktu dalam bekerja, lebih tanggung jawab dalam bekerja, lebih jujur , lebih menghormati pimpinan perusahaan ,lebih kerja keras , lebih pintar dalam menangani permasalahan perusahaan . Beda sama tenaga kerja Di Indonesia meraka hanya menuntut gaji TINGGI tapi kerjanya enak enak an ,nuntut THR, tidur tidur saat bekerja, tidak disiplin dalam bekerja , mencuri barang barang perusahaan, bercanda saat bekerja, ngerokok ngerokok saat bekerja, tidak produktif, ngobrol ngobrol saat bekerja ,membakar fasilitas perusahaan , Ditegur dalam bekerja malah gantian marahin pimpinannya padahal kerjanya tidak benar , iri terhadap pimpinan perusahaan , tidak masuk se enakknya sendiri tanpa izin, sering Demo ke perusahaan, tidak loyal terhadap perusahaan ,keluar kerja se enaknya sendiri langsung menghilang di perusahaan tanpa pamitan ke perusahaan . Mana ada perusahaan yang kuat membayar upah tenaga kerja yang sangat tinggi tapi kualitas kerjanya sangat jelek ? Kapan ya di Jawa perusahaan perusahaan pakai tenaga kerja China atau pakai Robot saja ya ? Kenapa pemerintah tidak ada perlindungan terhadap pengusaha - pengusaha padahal pengusahalah yg mebuat Indonesia menjadi negara maju perekononiannya ? Kenapa tidak ada hari PENGUSAHA INTERNASIONAL ? Kenapa tidak ada Daftar hitam nasional Buruh Karyawan ?
Use only Chinese labor because Chinese labor is CHEAPER which makes production prices more CHEAP so that it can compete with foreign products at CHEAP prices, Chinese labor is more productive, more disciplined, more qualified to work, more punctual at work , more responsibility at work, more honest, more respect for company leaders, more hard work, smarter in handling company problems. Different from labor in Indonesia, they only demand HIGH salary but work is good, demands THR, sleeps while working, is undisciplined in working, steals company items, jokes while working, smokes when working, non-productive, talks when work, burn company facilities, reprimanded at work instead turns angry at his leader even though his work is not right, jealous of the company's leadership, does not enter as comfortable as he himself without permission, often demonstrates to the company, is not loyal to the company, leaves the work as well as himself, disappears immediately at the company without saying goodbye to the company. Where there are companies that are strong in paying very high labor costs but working quality is very poor? When in Java do companies use Chinese labor or just use robots? Why is there no government protection for entrepreneurs, even though it is the entrepreneurs who made Indonesia the developed economy of the country? Why isn't there an INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS day? Why is there no national blacklist for Labor Employees?
