★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jangan test rapid antigen ke sini. CS antrian pendaftarannya bobrok sekali. Setelah melayani 1 pasien, CS-nya main2 dulu, ga langsung memanggil pasien selanjutnya. Baru kerjaan administrasi aja udah belagu, bisa hancur kalau org kayak gitu naik posisi
Don't test rapid antigen here. CS registration queue is very bad. After serving 1 patient, the CS played around first, didn't immediately call the next patient. It's just that administrative work is already slow, it can be destroyed if someone like that goes up in position

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo ga terpaksa banget jangan cek Lab disini.
Dari Admin, Kasir sampe yang ngambil sample ga ada yang ramah, baju APD nya kotor dekil.
Hasil lab rapid antigen keluarnya lama (berarti bukan rapid, karena ga ada cepet-cepetnya. Lamaaa).
Hasil LAB dikirim melalui email, scanned nya miring, kepotong. Duh ampun kalo ga terpaksa ga kesini deh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan swab antigen maupun PCR sangat buruk. Harus bolak balik karena saya datang pagi dan sudah mendaftar, ternyata swab baru bisa di lakukan jam 3 dengan hasil yang lumayan lama, alhasil harus bolak balik padahal masih banyak urusan lainnya.
Lebih baik drive thru swasta namun pelayanan ramah, cepat, hasilpun cepat.
Both antigen swab and PCR services are very poor. Had to go back and forth because I came in the morning and already registered, it turns out that the new swab can be done at 3 o'clock with the result that it takes quite a while, as a result, I have to go back and forth even though there are still many other things.
It's better to have a private drive thru, but the service is friendly, fast, the results are fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KECEWA ke 2 kali ASLI, tadinya gak mau nulis karena sdh 2 kali jadi GEREGETAN.
1. Test Antigen untuk anak tes, mau masuk kuliah, Test hari SABTU jam 14 an, karena hasilnya tdk langsung jadi, saya pulang duluan. dengan harapan bisa diambil malamnya.
pas diambil malam Lab sdh tutup tdk di informasian Lab tutup jam berapa. (minggu saya balik lagi, Lab Tutup), padalah hari senin mau dipakai
2. Test PCR hasilnya minta dikirim ke email, tidak dikirim-kirim padalah saya sdh di luar kota. aduh, mengecewakan banget tuh pegawainya...
DISAPPOINTED 2nd time ORIGINAL, didn't want to write at first because I've been 2 times so GEREGETAN.
1. Antigen test for test children, want to go to college, test on Saturday at 14 o'clock, because the results don't come right away, I go home first. in the hope of being picked up at night.
when it was taken at night the lab was closed, there was no information on what time the lab was closed. (I'm back on Sunday, Lab is closed), even though I want to use it on Monday
2. The PCR test results asked to be sent to email, they were not sent even though I was out of town. Wow, what a disappointment for the staff...
