★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good variety and beautiful arrangement, but their after sales is bad. The destination is literally less than 15 minutes from their shop, and they promised same day delivery maximum 6 hours from confirmation. The fact is 9 hours later, the courier is still “on the way” for the fifth time...
They are terrible, they cannot give you a time range when they can deliver and they do not pick up your calls. Their excuse is their courier “missed and skipped” me... and then it became they discovered that the flower has wilted and they refreshed it and it is “on the way”... their story keeps changing! They just keep lying, why ?

Their price is high end but definitely worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrid experience, I've asked for a specific things for the arrangement for my parents silver anniversary. Slow response and not attentive, the one who handled me through whatsapp is NINA. Customer service is very poor. Delivery was late. I got the flower at the end of the anniversary celebration. when I ask the admin where's the flower, i didn't get any call or update on where was it. She didn't address my concern properly and replied that she will check, no response until i asked her again, that was around 15 min. before the celebration is over. Very irresponsible.
In the end the flower arrangement looks very poorly arranged (some of my request for the spesific things are not addressed ) I've written it. many times through whatsapp, and some of the flowers are not fresh especially the fillers and some already start to wilt. Dissappointed on both and quality and service.
From a few florist I've ordered from . This is absolutely the worst. I've photo to compare to if someone doubt this review.
(+Points) message card is well done, basket is nice, white lily are fresh some of the pink and peach roses are fresh but not as fresh as the lily
(-points) why is there wilted fillers among the arrangement :) IT'S WILTED AND BROWN and some of the stem is broken and bent down. I'm not suppose to see wilted flower when I receive it from the delivery. Some of the white roses are starting to wilt ( it's turning brown on the edges ). The bigger picture of the arrangement looks poorly arranged like they don't give any thought behind it. They just put everything together. Definitely poor customer service and bad choices on the arrangement part.
A bit of feedback. Don't take your business to lightly. Every flower order that you get is meaningful to customer who ordered and the one who will receive it.

After browsing through other florists website catalogue I found their overall offerings visually most appealing for me.
Quality ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Unfortunately some of the flowers had already turned slightly yellow but, thankfully, since I came to pick up and complained they immediately worked on them no questions asked.
Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
They were responsive, patient and helpful in replying to my mundane questions over the course of a few days.
