I loves the unique Clay Sauna room :) the unique gloves and scrub, especially massages & honey, also not forget to shampoo&conditioner and i love warm water.. Its like water therapist time :) . But Golden spa with 'totok wajah' not takes along time for totok wajah .. Better got totok wajah differently not when Golden Spa. Most of all Five Star Services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. I had an appointment here at 2pm, when I arrived there's no one at the reception desk. Thanks to former customer who came back to retrieve her wallet then Mba Firda showed up and let me come inside and redeem my fave voucher. They told me to go sauna first, then I went sauna for 30 minutes, when I go out, they say that I have to wait since there were still 3 girls waiting before me. So I wait, and it was almost 3pm already. Then the 3 girls went inside for the treatment, they told me to wait, to go sauna, again. So I went sauna again. Never once in my life I went sauna for an hour++ -_- when I'm done another 40 minutes, they told me to wait, again! I spent 2 hours waiting. Then at 4pm its finally my turn. Then it took me by surprise that its actually a wet spa, you're basically showered with water then they scrub your body, the massage only lasted for 15 minutes and the total treatment took 1 hour only. So I wasted time and money here. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!
