★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a patisserie inside Whiz Prime Hotel Kelapa Gading. Located in the same place as Portable, a restaurant and lounge in the hotel. The executive pastry chef of L'Amandine Patisserie is Chef Eric Gouteyron from French. Together with his awesome team, they create variant of beautiful and some uniquely character cakes, bread, cookies in an affordable price with big discount as well (depending on the time and promo).
For the cake, the provide both of the whole and sliced cake.
That time on a Sunday morning, there was 30% discount for the cake, so let's see what I tried :
French Apple Tart (IDR 21,175 price after discount)
A tart with the soft layer and thinly sliced apple that is not sour at all. This apple tart has a good and less sweet taste.
Port Opera Cake (IDR 33,880 price after discount)
Sliced cake with the soft texture layered by the cake, chocolate, and coffee. This cake tastes less sweet as well.
