β β β β β Honestly I don't know why it's so popular but the kwetiaw standard is one of the worse I ever eaten. Just kwetiaw with salty taste and egg smell, that's it. No quality and substance.

β β β β β This is one of the famous "kwetiaw" resto in town and has been opening the business for decades. I have been going to that resto many times. But unfortunately, the last time I went there, the beef was to hard to chew. Hopefully the next time we eat, it won't happen again.

β β β β β they serve great kwetiau with various type of serving. choose at your mostly preferred, all taste great anyway, but my mostly preference is char kwetiau.
inside the restaurant, there's a small stall selling Chinese Mix Meat Rice, contained with several cooks of pork and chicken (nasi campur) Pontianak taste. the uncle has been selling there since a long time a go, to me, best in town. better come earlier, cause he sells only until mid day. come earlier then you will get complete ingredient there and you would come out that place with wide smile and full of satisfaction. no guarantee but this is me assure you ? enjoy!

β β β β β Kwetiaw (or kwetiau) is Chinese in origin but Indonesia created its own kwetiaw goreng. Kwetiaw 78 is one of the best and customers beyond west Jakarta form a line to eat here. Many customers have a takeaway too as shown in this photo

β β β β β actually, I feel the smell is quite unfamiliar. and the taste is quite salty, I like sweeter, so I pour a bit of sweet soy sauce until I think the rice noodle tastes better. price is a bit expensive, but I like the beef topping which varies, not only meat but also gravel and tripe, which I liked. they I ordered "bun" which is a bit watery type, like "nyemek", and I think it is better than the "fried" one.

β β β β β We happened to be in the area as I picked my wife up from work.
As we are not very familiar on this part of the city, we googled what should we have for dinner.
Somehow this place caught or attention and we rode straight to this place. Parking is challenging as this place is located right in the corner. But we managed to find the perfect parking spot nearby.
We ordered kwetiau siram sapi. Only takes them a couple of minutes to prepare our order and it takes only a couple of minutes to finish it off as it tasted so good. Good thing we managed to restrain ourself and took a photo of the delicacy
The place is quite busy and clean as well. But as this place has many seating, we could easily have a table ready.
The price for one portion of what we had is Rp. 55,000.00 which is considerately normal.
Payments can be made by cash, BCA debit card, OVO, shopee pay and Qris.
Highly recommended.
