tidak ada ruang konsultasi,,dokter memeriksa di ruang terbuka,,hak privacy klien tidak terjaga...pantes sepii.
The service is not good, the officers just arrived, they don't care, they just play cellphones,
there is no consultation room,, the doctor checks in an open space,, the client's privacy rights are not maintained ... it's okay to be quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang, customer service kurang ramah. Pembelian obat via WA tidak dijawab, tlp ke Klinik baru ditanggapi.
Mohon maaf harus komen seperti ini, karna ini sudah ke 3x nya saya pembelian via WA mengalami hal yg sama. Respon tidak cepat konfirmasi di hari berikutnya baru ditanggapi dengan tlp ke klinik, dgn alasan sedang membalas WA yg lain.
Service is lacking, customer service is not friendly. The purchase of medicine via WA was not answered, the call to the clinic was only answered.
Sorry to have to comment like this, because this is the 3rd time I have purchased via WA, I have experienced the same thing. The response was not fast, the confirmation the next day was only responded by telephone to the clinic, with the excuse of being replying to another WA.

Tapi untuk pelayanan to be honest, ramahan satpam nya pas cek suhu, daripada orang farmasinya ? walaupun gue cuma beli 1 produk ini seharga 130ribu doang,tetep aja gue ini kan pembeli ya ^^ produknya sdh oke, tapi pelayanan nya aja kali ya yang perlu ditingkatkan lagi, lebih ramah lagi. Gimana mau balik ke kusuma beauty clinic lagi coba kalo pekerja disana juga kurang ramah :) gue ksh bintang 5 karna produknya emang sebagus itu, kalo penilaian untuk pelayanan nya aku kasih bintang 2 sorry ? semoga ownernya baca ya review dari aku thankyou!
Honestly, I really like this cream every time I have acne on my face, it's like making a fuss. But for service, to be honest, the friendliness of the security guard when checking the temperature, rather than the pharmacy person ? even though I only bought 1 product for 130 thousand, I'm still the buyer ^^ the product is okay, but the service is what needs it improved again, more friendly again. How about going back to the Kusuma Beauty Clinic again, if the workers there are also not friendly :) I give 5 stars because the product is really that good, if I rate the service I give 2 stars sorry I hope the owner reads my review, thank you!
