★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buruk bgt sumpah disini, dia punya anak buah kalau suruh kerja itu susah bgt, kita udah janji hr ini sm dia dibatalin gt aja ,gatanggung jawab sekali , udah gitu dia psang ac saya , ac nya gabisa dimatiin disuruh balik lagi ,gabalik2 lagi ,ngerjain pasang ac aja dari jam stmgh 10 sampai jam 5 , parah pokoknya ini anak buah nya , freak bgt, beraza dia yg punya kerjaan ,gabertanggung jawab abis ,awalnya suka ,tapi sekali beda anak buah malah berantakan kerja nya
It's bad as an oath here, he has subordinates if he asks to work it's hard, we have promised that this day he will just cancel it, I have to take responsibility, that's how I have my ac, the air conditioner can be ordered to come back again, back again, work again just plug in the AC from 10am to 5pm, the main problem is that it's his men, freaks, so he has a job, is responsible for it, initially likes it, but once the subordinates are different, it messes up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya service AC (pembersihan, ganti kompresor, isi freon) awal Januari 2020, bolak-balik beberapa kali karena AC tetap tidak dingin namun akhirnya dingin. Tak lama setelah itu listrik di rumah saya mati ketika menyalakan AC, setelah dicek Ampere-nya jadi sangat tinggi. Akhir Januari toko ini merespon dan bilang akan memperbaiki karena kompresor masih garansi 1 tahun. Namun ybs tidak datang dan sulit sekali dihubungi (tidak angkat telepon; chat di WA masih sampai, namun tidak direspon) sampai akhir Feb ybs merespon lagi WA saya, namun lagi-lagi ybs tidak datang dan semakin sulit dihubungi. Sampai dengan saya menulis ulasan ini, saya sudah tidak bisa lagi menghubungi toko ini, saya juga sempat mendatangi toko ini 2 kali namun tutup. Benar-benar tidak profesional dan tidak bertanggung jawab.
I service the air conditioner (cleaning, replace the compressor, fill the freon) in early January 2020, going back and forth a number of times because the air conditioner remains not cold but eventually cold. Shortly after that the electricity in my house died when turning on the air conditioner, after checking the Ampere it became very high. At the end of January the store responded and said that it would fix it because the compressor is still a 1-year warranty. But they did not come and were very difficult to contact (did not pick up the phone; chat in WA still arrived, but did not respond) until the end of February they responded again to my WA, but again they did not come and were increasingly difficult to contact. Until I write this review, I can no longer contact this store, I also had visited this shop 2 times but closed. Totally unprofessional and irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak tanggung jawab, sy beli ac bulan februari 2020 akhir.. deal awal garansi 1 tahun , setelah 2 minggu pemasangan ac tidak dingin. Sy telepon dan whatsapp tidak di respon. Coba pakai nomor lain tidak dijawab juga. Total sudah mau 1 bulan tidak ad tanggung jawab. Waktu nawarin rajin dan janji akan kerja yg bagus dan dan garansi dijamin.. hati hati ya dengan toko ini..
Very irresponsible, I bought ac late February 2020 .. the initial deal is 1 year warranty, after 2 weeks the installation of the AC is not cold. I called and whatsapp was not responded. Try using another number not answered too. Total already want 1 month no ad responsibility. Time to offer diligently and promise to work well and guarantee guaranteed .. be careful with this shop ..
