★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kuahnya sama-sama santan seperti varian kupat khas Tegal lain (kupat blengong), tapi pada kupat glabed ada tempe orek, bawang goreng dan potongan rangginangnya. Sate kerang, sate balado dan sate kikilnya enak, tapi sate blengongnya menurut saya kurang. Oh iya saya dua kali ke tempat ini, dan yang kedua kehabisan kupatnya walau baru jam 19.30an.
The sauce is just as coconut milk as other Tegal's kupat variants (kupeng blengong), but on the glabed kupat there is an orek tempeh, fried onions and pieces of the bun. Clam satay, satay balado and satay kikil are good, but in my opinion satay blengong is lacking. Oh yeah, I went to this place twice, and the second one ran out of kupat, even though it was only 19:30.
