Kuotie kulit atasnya garing bawahnya basah. Mantap banget perpaduannya. Dimakan dengan sambal khasnya dan bawang putih tumbuk ga ada tandingannya. Kalo sudah kebanyakan gurihnya, dicuci dengan timun segar yg dikasih. The best ever. Harus coba!!!
