★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered lunch boxes together with friends attracted to Kulina's promises. But there are differences between promises and actual delivery as follow:
Kulina's promise: delivery between 10 AM - 12 PM
Food is supposed to be enjoyed before 2 PM.
ACTUAL event:
at 12 PM: NO DELIVERY
at 12: 05 PM: I made a phone call to check, NO available customer service to answer
at 12: 10PM-ish: Established a chat with a customer service. She said there is delay in delivery
at 1 PM: I ask what time will the lunch arrive. Kulina was UNABLE to inform.
at 1: 20 PM we are still UNCERTAIN if there are lunch, and if yes, we are also UNCERTAIN when will our lunch boxes ever arrive.
finally after 3:30 PM: food delivered. (About 1.5 hour after 2 PM)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the level of decision making with this catering is very minimal. you just subscribe, pay, and that's it. no need to think to choose this or that. you just go with it or not at all. that is what most of jakarta people need, they don't have enough energy to think about what to eat every single day. and surprisingly, the price is very affordable, the portion is more than enough, and the taste, while it's kinda depend on many things, is overall good.

But delivery often came almost late and the payment process is very buggy. (Esp GO-PAY and BCA Virtual Account)
Better fix your website first before adding more payment options.
EDIT 2019/07/31 -- Edited my review to reflect current condition of Kulina, the payment options aren't as buggy as it was before
