★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengadaan bus TransJakarta 2013, bermasalah karena para peserta lelang melakukan persekongkolan tender, untuk memenangkan pengadaan bus TransJakarta senilai ratusan miliaran rupiah. Sialnya, kini para perusahaan pemasok bus sedang pailit, dan aset-aset bus dalam pengawasan kurator.
BPK memberikan dua rekomendasi kepada Pemprov DKI Jakarta melalui Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan (LHP) tertanggal 29 Mei 2017.
Pertama, Pemprov harus memutus kontrak dengan perusahaan penyedia bus yang menang lelang pada 2013 dan berhak mendapatkan kembali 20 persen dari uang muka yang telah dibayarkan.
Kedua, jika penagihan tidak bisa dilakukan secara kekeluargaan, maka Pemprov bisa membawa perkara ini ke jalur hukum.
The 2013 TransJakarta bus procurement is problematic because bidders are bid rigging to win the procurement of TransJakarta buses worth hundreds of billions of rupiah. Unfortunately, now bus supply companies are bankrupt, and bus assets are under curator supervision.
BPK gave two recommendations to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government through the Examination Report (LHP) dated May 29, 2017.
First, the Provincial Government must terminate the contract with the bus provider company that won the auction in 2013 and is entitled to get back 20 percent of the advance paid.
Second, if billing cannot be done in a family manner, then the Provincial Government can bring this case to the legal route.
