setelah berhasil daftar online, sudah dapet jam 10..
nyatanya jamnya diundur jadi sore, katanya numpuk berkasnya keduluan yg lain..
mohon untuk penyampaian prosedurnya yang jelas, mana yang lebih dahulu karna untuk kesitu tidak bisa ambil libur sewaktu2..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teratur untuk antreannya tapi pelayanan pegawai kurang memuaskan, mau tanya saja dioper oper gak jelas. Berkas yg saya legalisir tidak ketemu, pegawai sdh inisiatif mencarikan tapi akhirnya jg lepas tangan, saya dibuat kebingungan menunggu berdiri karena dari pegawai tidak ada konfirmasi apa-apa. Kalaupun berkas nya hilang/tidak ada harusnya ada konfirmasi yang jelas/permintaan maaf tapi tidak ada, yg ada saya suruh fotocopy & mengumpulkan berkas lagi, Semoga lain kali tidak terulang. Terimakasih
The queue is regular but the staff service is not satisfactory, I just want to ask, the shift is not clear. The file that I legalized was not found, the employee took the initiative to find it but in the end it also gave up, I was confused about waiting to stand because there was no confirmation from the employee. Even if the file is lost / doesn't exist, there should be a clear confirmation / apology but nothing, what I have is to make a photocopy and collect the files again, hopefully next time it won't happen again. Thank you
