★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Janji nya ambil form a5 jam 09.00 - 16.00 eh pas sampe sini ada info DITEMPEL DI DEPAN PINTU DAN TIDAK DIINFORMASIKAN KE YANG BERSANGKUTAN PADAHAL PIHAK KPU SUDAH PUNYA NOMOR TELEPON YANG BERSANGKUTAN. Info perubahan jam pengambilan form a5.
Info nya juga cuma pake kertas A4. Dan tidak ada kevalidan informasi. Bisa aja orang iseng nempel kertas itu untuk menipu orang2.

The info also only uses A4 paper. And there is no validity of information. It is possible for someone to idle paper to deceive people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya kesini hanya karena mau urus pindah TPS di kesempatan terakhir yaitu h-7 sebelum pemilu. well, syarat sudah lengkap semua yaitu surat tugas bekerja, fc ektp, fc kk, dan print out DPT yg di dapat dari app KPU RI PEMILU.
kalai syarat sesuai dan dokumen2 lengkap, tidak lama proses nya. petugas akan cek surat tugas, lihat kelengkapan data, lalu diarahkan ke petugas lain untuk isi form data agar kita bisa mendapatkan form A5.
setelah selesai isi, kita akan di kasih secarik kertas tanda terima, dimana kertas ini tidak boleh hilang karena untuk di tukar dengan form A5 yg baru dapat di ambil esok hari nya.
dan disini lah saya sekarang, datang kesini untuk ke 2x nya untuk jemput form A5 saya.
kalau ada bingung dan mau tanya2 dan cari info boleh tanya ke petugas yg berseragam di dalam Zona KPUD Jakarta Selatan ini. sejauh ini yg saya tahu mereka informative dan ramah.

oh ya ini yg urus request pindah A5 di hari terakhir kesempatan terakhir banyak banget. antrian mengular. kalau yg jemput form A5 untuk tukar dengan tanda terima sih seperti nya gak terlalu banyak.
oh ya ada crew berita juga seperti berita Satu dan CNN Indonesia.
I'm here just because I want to take care of moving the polls on the last occasion, h-7 before the election. well, all the requirements are complete, namely the work assignment letter, fc ektp, fc kk, and DPT print out obtained from the RI KPU PEMILU app.
If the terms and conditions are complete, the process will not take long. the clerk will check the assignment letter, see the complete data, then directed to another officer to fill in the data form so we can get form A5.
after completing the contents, we will be given a piece of receipt paper, where this paper should not be lost because it is exchanged with the new A5 form that can be taken tomorrow.
and here I am now, come here to 2x to pick up my A5 form.

oh yes this is the one who took care of moving the A5 request on the last day, the last chance is very much. snaking queue. if you pick the A5 form to exchange it with a receipt like that, it's not too much.
