★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear bapak/ibu pimpinan KPP cianjur tolong tingkatkan lagi informasi yang jelas di aplikasi nya kalau ada acara/info terbaru terkait pelayan atau oprasional kantor segera langsung updet..hari ini saya merasa sangat di rugikan karena saya jauh2 berangkat dari ujung cianjur perbatasan bandung perjalan 8 jam begitu sampai di kantor eh kantornya tutup,tolong pikirkan itu karna perjalanan 8 jam butuh tenaga dan biaya apalagi saya berangkat bawa orang tua,pulang dari situ di jalan basah kuyup ke hujana. Sia2 perjalan saya karna hasilnya nihil akibat kantor tutup..sedangkan saya lihat di google kantornya tutup hanya sabtu dan minggu.
 Dear ladies and gentlemen of the KPP Cianjur leader, please increase the clear information in the application. If there is an update / info related to the waiter or operational office, immediately update it. Today I feel very disadvantaged because I departed far from the edge of Cianjur on the border of Bandung. the hour when I arrived at the office eh the office was closed, please think of it because the 8 hour trip needed energy and money let alone I went to bring my parents, go home from there on a dripping wet road to rain. Sia2 my trip because the results were zero due to the office closed .. whereas I saw on google the office was closed only Saturday and Sunday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cianjur tax service office, currently the location has moved to the area jl. arif rahman judge, if from ramayana towards jebrod, before yogya plaza on the left. the office looks new with facilities that are pampering, clean, fragrant and complete. there is an information center, handphone charger, toilet, large parking and a clean mosque.
