β β β β β sayaa sukaaaa banget sama kostoom, setiap saya kesana selalu ketemu sama penjual baju yng ambil konveksi dari kostoom, tapi kalau saya bukan penjual baju melainkan untuk pakaian saya sendiri. bagus banget jadi selalu nagih order disiniii?
I really like kostoom, every time I go there I always meet clothes sellers who take convection from kostoom, but if I'm not a clothes seller but for my own clothes. it's really good so always collect orders here

β β β β β Kesan pertama sudah gak oke, ribet, sistemnya agak egois, tambah liat reviewnya, akhirnya gak jadi. Mungkin manajemen dan pelayanan ditingkatkan lagi, banyakin sedekah. Jangan pernah merugikan energi, waktu, dan uang org, agar dilancarkan semua. Progress bagus harusnya dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan. Ada yg harus dievaluasi lagi agar berkesinambungan. Perlu banyak konsul sm konsultan bisnis dan yg berpengalaman dlm hal manajemen. Karena ini jasa, sekali org kecewa, bakal kapok selamanya. Sedangkan saingan banyak dan gak semua org mau usaha clothing brand. Ramah, maaf, IG yg tampak sempurna tetap tidak menjamin. Ayo kostoom get up! Keep ur spirit. 1 lagi, kalian tdk membantu start up tp membebani dg jumlah order yg terlampau banyak utk 1 model ( berpeluang produk menumpuk ), dan kl mau setengahnya, harus jd member. Yg review juga ada yg commentnya kyaknya kok malah nyerang konsumen lain yg review. Aneh itu. Seakan2 dia tau dan jadi gak suka sama konsumen yg reviewnya gak oke. Biasa kan konsumen walaupun puas dan suka tp gak gitu lah secara psikisnya alias sinikal sama yg review gak oke. Gak jadi pehatian dia/fokus aja sama commentnya. Kalau kt mau maju, ya hrs siap dgn risiko, komplain, dan kritikan.

Need a lot of consuls and business consultants who are experienced in management. Because this is a service, once people are disappointed, they will give up forever. While there are many competitors and not everyone wants a clothing brand business. Friendly, sorry, IG that looks perfect still doesn't guarantee. Come on, costume get up! Keep your spirits up. One more thing, you don't help start ups but burden you with too many orders for 1 model (there is a chance for the product to accumulate), and if you want half of it, you have to become a member There are also those who are reviewing who have comments, it seems that they even attack other consumers who are reviewing. That's weird. It's as if he knows and doesn't like consumers whose reviews are not okay. It's normal for consumers, even though they are satisfied and like it, but that's not the way it is psychologically, aka cynical, and the reviewer is not okay. Don't pay attention to him / just focus on his comments. If you want to go forward, you have to be prepared with risks, complaints, and criticisms.

β β β β β Tertarik untuk menggunakan jasa kostoom karena tampilan IG nya yang terlihat profesional dan kebetulan lokasinya dekat rumah. Kalau ada yang sekota, kenapa jauh-jauh ke Bandung (konveksi yang lama di Bandung) pikir saya.
Namun sayang, komunikasinya sangat buruk. Pembuatan sampel estimasinya 3 hari molor sampai 3 minggu. Toleransi telat 2-3 hari masih mungkin saya pahami, apalagi di saat PPKM.
Tapi kostoom tidak memiliki prinsip 'utmost good faith' dalam berbisnis. Klien yang harus selalu follow up update infonya. Membuat saya ragu lanjut, bahkan sebelum hasil sampel selesai.
Padahal saya di masukkan ke dalam grup, namun alur informasi ke klien tetap tidak lancar dan masih terjadi misskomunikasi antar karyawan kostoom.
Hasil sampelnya sendiri belum memuaskan dan jauh dari gambar yang diberikan. Mungkin kalau produksi model baju biasa kostoom masih tetap bisa dijadikan pilihan. Tapi kalau untuk model yang memiliki detail seperti smock atau ruffle, saya kurang merekomendasikan kostoom.
Saya harap review ini bisa membuat kostoom memperbaiki kualitas service dan komunikasinya agar menjadi konveksi yang lebih baik lagi. Dan belajar untuk menghargai waktu dan toleransi yang sudah diberikan orang lain ke depannya.
Btw edit update: cek ulang profile-profile yg kasih review bagus. Dominan kok ngasih ulasan di tempat-tempat yang sama dengan profile yang lain? Pakai jasa beli review kah?
Interested in using a kostoom service because of the professional appearance of his IG and coincidentally its location near the house. If someone is in the same city, why go all the way to Bandung (the old convection in Bandung) I thought.
But unfortunately, the communication is very bad. Estimated sample making is 3 days delayed to 3 weeks. I can still understand 2-3 days late tolerance, especially during PPKM.
But kostoom does not have the principle of 'utmost good faith' in doing business. Clients who must always follow up for updated info. Made me hesitate further, even before the sample results were completed.
Even though I was included in the group, the flow of information to the client was still not smooth and there was still miscommunication between kostoom employees.
The results of the sample itself are not satisfactory and are far from the image given. Maybe if the production of ordinary kostoom clothing models can still be used as an option. But for models that have details like smock or ruffles, I don't recommend kostoom.
I hope this review can make kostoom improve the quality of its service and communication so that it becomes even better convection. And learn to appreciate the time and tolerance that others have given in the future.
Btw edit update: double check the profiles that give good reviews. Why is it dominant to give reviews in the same places as other profiles? Do you use a review buying service?

Saya wa aja selalu dilempar dr kamila ke anggi ke lempar lg ke yg lain, saya ikutin, tapi tidak ada respon, padahal baru awal mau kerja sama, apa mungkin kurang pegawai? Saya tdk tahu, alhasil saya mundur dr pada nanti ujung2nya main lempar lemparan

β β β β β Di tahun 2019 awal mula Lihat dari instagram, lalu tertarik, dan menghubungi admin via WA (mbak Kamila) untuk ikut memulai bisnis hijab dengan paket yang ditawarkan, hijab ultrafine plus mendapat fotoΒ² dari modelnya costoom. Saat paket datang, kualitas sangat jelek..terlihat seperti hijab biasa dan kaku.. sama sekali bukan kualitas ultrafine.. fotoΒ²nya pun enggak keren.. sangat menyesal wahai mbak kamila, saya cukup sekali kerjasamanya.. selanjutnya langsung unfollow ig nya, karena sudah tidak berminat sama sekali..apapun yang ditawarkan.
In early 2019, I saw from Instagram, was interested, and contacted the admin via WA (Ms. Kamila) to join in starting the hijab business with the package offered, ultrafine hijab plus got photos of the costoom model. When the package arrived, the quality was very bad..it looks like an ordinary hijab and stiff..not at all ultrafine quality..the photos are not cool..so sorry, sis Kamila, I've had enough cooperation...then immediately unfollow her ig, because it's already not interested at all..whatever was offered.
