Dengan harga kisaran 200ribuan fasilitas yg ada bed bisa utk dua orang, tv, ac, meja, kursi, lemari, kamar mandi dalam. Kamar mandi sudah menggunakan wc duduk, shower. Utk air minum bisa mengambil di galon dan dispenser yg sudah disediakan oleh sang pemilik kos. Ada dapur diluar yg bisa digunakan utk bersama. Tempat bersih. Parkiran motor oke, tp trnyta tidak utk parkir mobil. Krn terlalu tajam utk naik turun nya k tmpt tsb. Pelayanan oke, ada penjaga kos nya juga
