namun kurangnya parkir motor yang agak luas sedikit.karena tempat ini terletak di perkampungan dan di gang yang cukup di lalui untuk 1 motor

Penjaga kost tidak stand by 24 jam, hanya datang sesuka hati dia untuk bersih2 lalu pulang.

Btw update yah, setelah hampir 3 tahun kost, penjaga kost sudah ganti. Yg skrg ga sebaik yang dulu, karna orangnya sering gonta ganti.
Update :
1. Jujur ini yg punya kosan pelit medit bgt.
Ac ga ada maintenance nya. Kalo mau maintenance suruh biaya sendiri ya gaes.
2. Air sering banget mati karna pompa sanyonya rusak sudah harus ganti tp dihiraukan.
3. Kotor banyak bgt sampah berserakan di lorong kost karna penghuni kost yg malas buang sampah, penjaga kost hanya bersihin sekali dan kadang ga dtg buat bersih2.
4. Ada 1 penghuni kost yg nyebelin suka bawa tamu ke kamar berganti2 yg menurut saya jd penyebab sering ada kehilangan barang milik penghuni lainnya. Si penghuni nyebelin ini pun sering malas membuang sampah ke luar, sampah di buang depan kamar orang lain. Suka berisik hingga tengah malam.
5. Listrik kost (untuk air dan kulkas bersama) jarang diperhatikan sehingga sering habis begitu saja. Air jadi mati, dan makanan di kulkas jd bau.
6. Air minum bersama jg sudah ga ada ya gaes.
7. Segala bentuk perawatan kamar tidak ditanggung owner. Fyi ownernya pelit bgt guys, kasian gue sama penjaga kosan yg lama yg baek bgt.
8. Sebenarnya ingin pindah tp males pindahannya.

Btw update, after almost 3 years of boarding, the boarding house keeper has changed. The one now isn't as good as it used to be, because people often change each other.
Updates:
1. Honestly, this is the one who has a very stingy meditating boarding house.
The ac has no maintenance. If you want maintenance, you have to pay for it yourself, guys.
2. The water often dies because the pump is damaged and has to be replaced, but it is ignored.
3. Dirty, a lot of garbage is scattered in the boarding hall because the boarding house residents are lazy to throw garbage, the boarding housekeeper only cleans it once and sometimes doesn't come to clean it.
4. There is 1 boarding house occupant who is annoying and likes to take guests to changing rooms which in my opinion is the cause of the frequent loss of other residents' belongings. This annoying resident is often lazy to throw garbage outside, trash is thrown in front of other people's rooms. Likes to be noisy until midnight.
5. The boarding house electricity (for shared water and refrigerator) is rarely noticed, so it often runs out. The water turns off, and the food in the refrigerator stinks.
6. There is no drinking water together, guys.
7. All forms of room maintenance are not borne by the owner. Fyi the owner is really stingy guys, I feel sorry for the old boarding house keeper who was really good.
8. Actually want to move but lazy to move.
